Sensitive Details On Presidential Helicopter Taken Through Computer Security Breach
- No one in his right mind places top secret information on a file sharing network. This story is either made up or we have a spy working for a defense contractor in Maryland. Most top secret info can only be handled on special computers. It just sounds to blatant to be true. I sure hope it isn't.

- You STUPID. Bush didnt approve the order due to the high costs, now even learning that the costs of those choppers doubled OBAMA wants to go on with this insanity.

Wrong... Bush DID approve it... the only reason the helicopters were even in the news was cost overruns triggered an AUTOMATIC review of the entire contract...
So.... who's uninformed now.? - Reply to this comment
- This is all just BS to keep the masses focused off their little gig of ripping off the this country.
And they are getting away with it. - Reply to this comment
- How stupid can we get. Obama didn't agree to take delivery on the Choppers. He has said he will do something to cut back the cost. Must understand... an old fleet can be costly in maintenance. So what you might save that way, and get for the ones they sell it isn't soooo bad if Obama can do with fewer choppers.
To have file sharing capabilities on computers with highly sensitive info is just plain stupid. We will probably never learn.
Considering Obama has been in a bit over a month it seems everyone is jumping on him. Well how would you like it if you just started a job and this happened? You would run to the Labor Board and your Labor Attorney - Reply to this comment
- Lets see Obama wants a fleet of new choppers but doesn't want to say so in public. Therefore now we have a national security reason to spend the money. Obamabots at their finest.

You idiot!!!!! This fleet was ordered way before Obama even ran for office. He had nothing to do with the order. Blame bush/chaney you fool. - Reply to this comment
- If a computer is connected to the Internet assume someone can access it. If you have something you don't want accessed, don't connect that particular computer to the Internet. TCP/IP the Internet Protocol was not designed with security in mind, in fact quite the opposite!

- Who cares, post the specs on the internet. The stuff that is truly secret isn't in those specs.

- Yesterday CBSNEWS.Com had an article about how American Jews were upset with Sec. of State Clinton's statement's regarding the slow pace of aid getting to the Palestinians in Gaza. Well twenty/thirty minutes later, the entire article was pulled off w/o warning.

- the board is not refreshing very often. its taking forever.
i see you are an idealist and not a pragmatist like our friend Cheney. its always easy to say we stand for human rights until we actually have to decide whether standing up for these ideals endangers us. The third world governments that we criticize all the time for abusing human rights are always making that decision on a daily basis.
if we stand for anything we have to be able to do it at our most difficult moments and not when we are safe at home. - Reply to this comment
