For those who believe that this is what comrade Obama wanted are falling for that same old trick just lie sheep you would believe that one man could do all of these thing you say he'll do'
And If the Republican party will do any better then why didn't they it's just as much their fault as it is the Democrats. These people in Washington are doing only what their Overlords tell them to do. That's why they were so hot to bail out Wall Street. It's a scam.

maybe I am old fashioned.....but why does this information have to be on the internet or a computer. Do we still have the capacity to place information on an old time piece of paper and place it in an archive?

The blueprint for a helicopter belonging to the president has to be on the internet?

Here is a simple and easy solution, dump Marine One altogether it is a old piece of scrap metal. Its time to replace it with either army one or coast guard one, where obama can get a newer helicopter.

An obsession or fixation is a sickness of the mind, if this were not true then you could see past the BS and realize this is a distraction from what really going on in Washington. And our future as a free nation is looking real dim.

Aren't republicans supposed to be looking for any reason to invade Iran?

I dont believe there were any plans on the table for an Iranian invasion. If the Iranians get nukes, the political play will be to let the Israeli's take them out.

#1 it was decided in 2002 to purchase a new fleet of helicopters for the President.
#2 approved in 2005
#3 Wasn't Obama who made the decision to order or go overseas to Westland/Agusta to design and build them. Which they went way over the initial budget - typical. Although Westland/Agusta has a helicopter that can nearly fly upside down, thats overkill for what a President requires.
#4 Its the communications or avionics that would be worrisome.
#5 The former Shah's Army most likely had Sikorsky Sea Kings, which is the main helicopter most Americans are familiar with. Not too many other Sea Kings still flying today. With the amount of black hawk or jay hawks flying around the world, its not too hard to get the engineering specs.
#5 The entire program should be scrapped, Sikorsky, Bell, and even Boeing can certainly design and build a helicopter in the USA.

Some of you need to get your facts straight:

1. Bush, not Obama, ordered the new helicopters.

2. Huge cost overruns triggered the review of the order.

3. Obama has publicly stated that he is satisfied with the helicopters currently in service.

We have tax cheats as head of departments now. Probably selling our nations secrets to the highest bidder also. Can we have a revote to last years election. McCain is sounding pretty good now.
