- Obama''s spread the wealth (socialism) will hurt all Americans.
The media has done an injustice to the American people by not investigating Obama. CBS,NBC,PBS have jumped at every opportunity to dig into Palin''s background, but not into Obamas. Report all the facts and let the American people decide. Journalism has died in 2008. - Reply to this comment

- Uh, John, just a small question. You say you are giving tax cuts to the wealthy so they can create new jobs, what happens if they take tax cut money and stick it in their pockets? Or buy a yacht or condo in Aspen? Or a $150,000 wardrobe?

- Mollybee5 I admitt John McCain is begining to look like a drud addict who would do and say anything to get that drug. check out the symptoms
belittling of oneself doing things one would ordinarly not do
lying and more lying to cover up the other lie
manipulation
Denial
self pity wants everybody to believe he and Sarah are being pick on.
Blaming the media for being disliked
Everytime i listen to him I just shake my head becuase he is so obsessed. His true friends needs to tell him take a day off, rest, regroup and stay away from Foxnews because they don''t mean him any good. They provoke him and edges him on to become this monster. Surround himself with people whom has his best interest. - Reply to this comment
- They keep repeating the same old lies that have been debunked by FactCheck.org (and others) and although they''ve been "called" on the repeating of this misinformation, they ignore it and continue.
What Obama has proposed would produce tax cuts, not tax increases, for about 80 percent of all WORKERS and families and about 95 percent of those with children, according to independent analysis by the Tax Policy Center.
According to the Tax Policy Center, without spending cuts elsewhere, Obama''s proposals could increase the projected debt $3.6 trillion - to equal a total of $5.9 trillion over 10 years.
HOWEVER - The same Tax Policy Center analysis shows that McCain''s proposals could raise the debt by $5.1 trillion - to $7.4 trillion over 10 years.
Who''s the big spender??? - Reply to this comment
- You know, I think John McCain has really lost it. If he really believes it''s Obama who''s saying anything to get elected, he''s clearly already on the road to senility. Get the man a doctor now!!!

- People, I have a problem with Palin%u2019s position on rape, and on rape victims.
Anyone who can spend other peoples%u2019 money so lavishly on themselves, should also show generosity toward female rape victims who report that crime, and not force them to pay for the forensic kit needed in the work-up out of their own pocket, as Palin did while mayor of Wasilla. (Palin also favors compelling women by law to carry any pregnancy caused by rape to full-term and birth.)
How about a blog titled %u201CRape Finally Arriving as a Political Issue%u201D , accompanied by an interview where an honest journalist asks Palin to explain her public record?
The downside of the coming McCain/Palin election defeat is that she%u2019ll soon have more time for her hobbies, like shooting defenseless wolves out of planes & helicopters! - Reply to this comment
- Is Sarah innovating again? Does want to end the recession we''re heading into with "trickle down" economics, by spending lavishly on herself?
--$4,716.49 on hair and makeup just through September,
--$5,102.71 at Bloomingdale%u2019s New York,
--$9,447.71 at Macy%u2019s in Minneapolis,
--$49,425.74 at Saks Fifth Avenue in St. Louis and New York
--and a whopping $75,062.63 spending spree at Neiman Marcus in Minneapolis (hey, doggone - this "hockey mom" is goin'' upscale on us real fast!).
Then there''s the $21,012 for her three daughters'' 64 one-way and 12 round-trip commercial flights since she took office as Gov. in December 2006 (thankfully, that bill was paid by the state of Alaska, admirably proving Palin''s credentials as an equal-opportunity biller!).
Republicans used to belittle former Sen. John Edwards'' $400 haircut, but compared to Palin, that looks like chump change!
Even "Joe" (actually Sam) the Plumber must be turning green with envy - Palin''s fashion budget for just these past few weeks is already more than four times the median salary of an American plumber ($37,514).
If elected, maybe she''ll single-handedly spend us out of this big recession Bush has us heading into! Wouldn''t she make a swell Pres.?
John McCain thinks so! Making her the V.P. candidate was his single most important decision going into this election campaign!
Does that make you confident of his judgment if elected President? Or not so much? - Reply to this comment
- I never knew much about Sen. McCain but I have heard people, his own colleagues, talk about Sen. McCain%u2019s dignity and honor. Well, dignity and honor are gone from this man''s campaign. It%u2019s a shame; you have to feel kind of sorry for him. He should really stop now and leave himself with a little bit of each if he can. It%u2019s a shame wanting something so badly, what that will do to a man%u2019s character.
