We''ll be paying a lot of attention to a woman who hasn''t read anything beyond the JOHN BIRCH SOCIETY NEWSLETTERS AND HER STARBUCKS COFFEE CUPS.

John Mccain has made a big deal out of not personally requestion earmarks, trying to clear his name after he was involved in one of the largest heists (fleecing) on the American People in history. (Keating 5 and the savings and loan scandal that cost taxpayers billions).
However John Mccain has voted for billions of dollars of earmarks, so what is the difference?

Sarah Palin is immoral and unethical. I don''t believe the average American woman aspires to be either. I heard, by the way, an interview with Alaskan moms of a special needs children who said that, as govenor, Palin does less than nothing for these children. The only thing I can see that Palin shows commitment to is to personally benefit from being in positions of power. How do the Palins square secession with election to high office? And lastly, she told a friend just after becoming mayor that she wanted to be president. My question would be: Then why didn''t she get ready, do some reading, study, try to learn about the office and what it required?

Sarah Palin needs to get real. She has repeatedly stabbed American women in the back with idiotic policies like allowing rape victims in the small town she was in charge of to be forced to pay law enforcement officials to investigate the crime. She admittedly fired Monegan because of "budget disagreements". Specifically, she didn''t like that he was trying to get funding for a sexual assault initiative aimed at helping women who are the victims of violent *** crimes. Alaska has one of the highest incidents of violence against women of any state, and apparently Palin is fine with that and doesn%u2019t want to fund helping victims, although she%u2019s happy to pour millions into ill-conceived sports complex. She also believes that the government should force girls and women who are raped to give birth to the rapists child regardless of circumstance. McCain opposes equal pay for women doing equal work.

Obama and Biden, on the other hand, have clear cut records of supporting women''s right. They have been champions of women''s causes and that is why no self-respecting woman would ever vote for John McCain or Sarah Palin. I really wish Palin would stop comparing herself to Hillary Clinton. It''s an insult to Hillary and to women everywhere. Hillary stood up for women, Sarah only stands up for her own petty interests.

The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget USBudgetWatch.org is sponsored by the Pew Charitable Trust. This trust was established by guess who - adult children of the Sun Oil Company giant, Joseph Pew. Although not a stealth PAC, still a politically conservative group run by Republicans business executives and professionals. No plumbers, but who knows, Joe might end up on their board of directors. Of course they have anti-Obama propaganda on their websites.

Palin cannot advocate for women worldwide, and she certainly cannot speak for most. She identifies as a white, middle-class, Christian, conservative woman. And by doing so, she is "othering" all women who do not fall into her social location. Women of color, multiracial women, working class women, lesbians, women who aren%u2019t Christian, etc. feel disconnected from this %u201Ceveryday hockeymom%u201D meme. She also suggests that women who don%u2019t vote for her or don%u2019t %u201Csupport%u201D her will go to hell, warping the words of respected former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. This is very unfeminist. This is not representing all women. This is NOT who and what women want or need or will believe is going to be "representing" them.

Sarah Pain doesn''t realize that she is being used by the GOP to be their attack dog, not because she''s smart, or they care about women. She''s too dumb to realize it!!

OneAmerican7 don''t you ever get tired of being wrong, like the zombie ticket of McCain/Palin? Obama co-sponsored the Illinois Equal Pay Act, allowing thousands more women protection from pay discrimination in that state. Sadly, a federal law is needed to ensure Equal Pay for women nationwide...but wait, there was a federal Fair Pay Act that your hero McCain helped defeat in April 2008. His reasons - women need more training and networking - "Ledbetter was decided properly". I guess when you have 7 houses and a wife who wears $300,000 outfits to rallies, you lose touch with what matters to Americans the most.

As far as Hillary, Obama knew she had too much baggage to bring on the train. Obama doesn''t make impulse decisions based on gimmicky whims. Palin brings nothing but flash to the campaign, and that light is one bulb short of blowing the fusebox.

I do not want THIS woman advocating for me. I do not identify with her in ANY way - other than being the mother of 5 children. I would never haul an infant into huge, noisy, germ-filed auditoriums on a daily basis and take my children out of school to follow me on a hectic campaign tour. And someone needs to inform John McCain that Downs Syndrome and Autism are special needs - but they are NOT the same. I can''t help but wonder just how much Sarah Palin knows about special needs children and their needs.

Well, it would be great if she could advance the cause of women. Unfortunately, I don''t see her making the White House. Mostly because she is not qualified to be Veep because she is not qualified to be President should the front office be vacated in some untimely way.

Thanks but no thanks, Gov. Sarah Palin. Although I am only a refugee from a third world war-torn country with only a Master degree from UC Berkeley, I am not as ignorant of national issues and not as narrow-minded as you. I would be very ashamed if you want to represent me. You are no Hillary Clinton!

Sarah Palin thinks she''s heading the ticket. Check the first line: %u201CAnd if I%u2019m given the honor of serving you in the White House, I intend to advance that creed in our own nation...

Sarah Palin thinks she''s running for President. She''s either ignorant, delusional, or has big plans for 2012 even before the McCain campaign is dead and buried.

Sarah has made it abundantly clear she cares only for Republican women with a special affinity for those in small towns. The rest of us are screwed.
