This is exactly why the Republicans have kept Governor Palin under wraps. Her extreme positions, largely shaped by her religious beliefs place her way outside the mainstream of American politics and doom her future on the national stage except as a lighting rod for both sides.

Also, would like to hear her definition of socialism, probably never heard the term before last week!

If she''s so "traditional" why does she support her own child getting pregnant before getting married? I dont think that is how things work in "traditional marriages".

republicans want the government out of your pocketbook and into your private life, democrats want the government out of your private life and into your pocketbook. I''d rather give up some money than some freedom anytime.

McCain has surrounded himself with the best and brightest from the now-defunct Project for the New American Century: Randy Scheunemann, one of its directors, is serving as McCain%u2019s top foreign policy advisor. He is joined by PNAC%u2019s founder, Bill Kristol, along with Gary Schmitt (President), Robert Kagan (director), and James Woolsey (signatory).

More than any other group, PNAC has exerted the greatest influence over the Bush administration with regard to foreign policy. In 1998, PNAC sent a letter to President Clinton (signed by the likes of Cheney, Rumsefeld, Wolfowitz, and others) urging him to effect regime change in Iraq because of Saddam Hussein%u2019s so-called development of WMDs. Clinton responded by initiating Operation Desert Fox, bombing military targets over a period of several days to %u201Cdegrade%u201D Iraq%u2019s ability to produce nuclear weapons.

Again typical Republican! Wanting to tell others how they should run their lives. Latest Gallup poll Obama is again up by 10%. I so hope in 16 days this women is consigned to being the laughable footnote in history that we can all agree that she qualified to be!

Who, in their right mind, wants this half-wit running our country? The woman is an immoral bimbo who has the nerve to say others are immoral. I guess she''ll get the hypocrite vote if nothing else.

Why not also deny rights to all the other minority groups? It''s time for Republicans to mind their own business.

I so hope the Republican party puts this airhead on the ticket in the next election too, so we can have the joy of squashing her once again.

Sarah Palin, somewhere in Alaska there is a moose calling your name. Time to go now.

I respect Sarah Palin on this...She to me should be the one running for President...I like her positions, only if she would stop listeing to the McCain people...They know how to lose an election...Palin is learning the ropes of Washington Politics the hard way...Trial by Fire...
