She is such a control freak she wanted to even replace the town librarian when she was mayor. It''s little wonder that need to purge and replace with cronies extended to her term as governor.

Partisan lead??

As it was 10 Republicans and 4 Democrats on this council AND the investigation was unanimously voted for on July 28, 2008, a full month before she was a gleam in the RNC''s political eye as their pick for VP, I really do not see how this could have been partisan politics. But dear Mz. Palin has Never let the facts get in the way of a good accusation now has she??

Didn''t break any laws?? Hmmmmm!! Quote from the report itself:
"I find that Governor Sarah Palin abused her power by violating Alaska Statute 39.52.110(a) of the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act:

"the legislature reaffirms that each public officer holds office as a public trust, and any effort to benefit a personal or financial interest through official action is a violation of trust."

Her ability to hire and fire was legal. All governors need that power, but here is where the ethics abuse comes in. We as the people need to be able to trust that our elected official will not abuse that necessary power. THAT IS WHERE PALIN HAS BROKEN TRUST WITH THE PEOPLE OF ALASKA. SHE USED THE LEGALLY GRANTED RIGHT TO HIRE AND FIRE TO SERVE A PERSONAL VENDETTA!

Man, can anyone chronicle the Sarah Palin story in her short period of being in the spotlight. It is starting to get confusing.

1. She comes on the scene on McCain%u2019s inauguration

2. She is kept hidden from the press

3. Than her selected interviews %u2013 SNL tells it best

4. She debates Biden %u2013 I think

5. After the debate, McCain camp says no more interviews

6. Now the Troopergate report (think McCain will let her do any interviews)

7. What%u2019s next...will her Secessionists be finally revealed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eniG9l_7its&eurl=http://news.vodpod.com/watch/4435

8. I just listen to Palin stump speech after the TROOPERGATE report came out. Her new stump speech is taking care of children with special needs. This is the same woman who held the head of wolf pups and shot them in the head one by one (you can google it and get the scoop -- it is also in the TROOPERGATE report). Yes, we need a woman with such passion involved with children with special needs. Her and MICHAEL VICK probably pal around.

Enjoy your last few weeks riding on the Straight Talk and Country First Express. May they be the beginning of the end of your political career, SP. Go back into journalism %u2014 where you can wink all you like on the evening news and stick to what you know %u2014 praising your kids for getting pregnant, moose hunting%u2026and watching Putin circling your [h]air space. Meanwhile the big kids will get back to work on the real issues affecting our country %u2014 you won%u2019t even need to keep your passport.

Her denial confirms she doesn''t know to read (or would it be ''comprehend?'').

She was shouting at Obama, now I am surprised that she is involved in violating the code of ethics. It is a shameful act which is done by a VP candidate of the white house. How can we believe her to be VP of US?

I am thrilled this came to light before the election. She has been unrelenting in questioning Obama''s trustworthiness and now we hear that she did in fact, abuse her power while in office as Governor. Justice couldn''t be any better than this. I just hope Biden goes out there and drills it home. We definitely don''t want someone like this in the second highest office in the country.
