There is actually a rather large movement among some evangelicals to separate their state from the US. They feel it is the only way to do away with the separation of church and state and to bring religion into the daily influence of all. This is particularly a strong movement in South Carolina. There, they have been upset with McCain for not supporting their movement and they have urged people not to display the American flag anywhere but on Federal property. - Reply to this comment

They are Eskimos and they want their land back. Todd Palin is also an Eskimo. His views have not changed. - Reply to this comment

Actually if you listen to their radical rants I would think that the Alien and Sedition Act would apply. - Reply to this comment
- At the AIP''s meeting, the AIP''s vice chairman, Dexter Carter, extols Gov. Palin''s virtues...AIP members must "infiltrate" -- his words -- the other two parties and push for the cause of Alaskan independence.

- Her marriage to a member of the terrorist AIP is a far more credible and serious threat.
Her praise of the Alaska Independence Party is disturbing to say the least.
She even thanked the terror group for its "good work" and said she shares their views.
She''s the only one sleeping with the enemy here.
John McCain made a huge error in judgement by picking an anti-America, secessionist, nutcase as his soul mate. - Reply to this comment

There is no assault gun ammunition! That''s the point!
It is common .223 used in Civilian competitions, Farms for vermin control, and households with a multitude of civilian weapons that use it. - Reply to this comment
