I used to have a lot of respect for Katie Couric BEFORE she went to CBS news. Now I find her being rude and argumentative in interviews. It is purely evident that she is totally Democrat and cannot deliver a fair and unpredjudiced interview with anyone of a different political persuation, be it Republican or Independent. She has been so condescending to Gov. Palin and Senator McCain, it is hard to watch such journalism.

Rude and argumentative? Didn''t you read the transcript? Your candidate offers gibberish in response to intelligent questions. That''s your candidate''s problem, not the interviewer. Even the most right-wing of commentators are asking McCain to give Palin the boot.

As Marc Ambinger over at the Atlantic says: "How is a pizza joint question about Pakistan from a voter an example of "gotcha journalism" when a ropeline comment by Joe Biden about clean coal gets turned into two ads?"

Rude and argumentative? Look Couric asked questions of Palin. Some of them were to just amplify what Palin had previously said. That is journalism. Don''t blame the questioner for the stupid answers your candidate provides.

Guess what, our enemies won''t be throwing softball questions at Palin if she becomes President. They will be serious and we need someone who can engage them.

The poor Neocons--they''ll try any trick in their bag of smears in a pathetic attempt to hide the fact that Palin is a raving extremist Rightie, and not too bright at that.

Poor Sarah! She''s toast.

And McClone is going down in flames!

Suck it up, Neocon scum!

The double standard here is the McCain/Palin campaign have to be the ones to make an issue of Biden''s multitude of gaffes. When Palin makes a questionable statement, Obama has to say nothing because the media is doing the dirty work for him.

Here''s an interesting example from CBS News:

Biden commits another gaffe, but the media sweeps it under the rug as Biden not hearing the question right. They would not have given a similar benefit of the doubt to Palin.
