I''d like to point out something fishy about the story.

The "random" graduate student involved in this exchange with Palin in Philly used to write for the local newspaper in Wasilla, Alaska. *** is going on?

Michael Rovito''s last article was published at the Frontiersman just a couple weeks ago.

May I also note, like the lunatic lefty I am, that Rovito sounds Italian for Rove. :D

My wife says this is one BIG sexism play of McShame and his party. Palin has been used and abused as a "money tree" for McShame. She feels sorry for Palin although she doesn''t like her.

So some kid in a Philly cheesesteak joint just blurts out what about Pakistan? Sure. I bet that happens a lot in Philly.

And she did not contradict McCain unless you willfully take her statement out of context. Read her first comment about working together with the Pakistani government.

I love the way the media tears away at her relentlessly for a month then comments how her poll numbes are dropping. Can you imagine how low Obama''s poll numbers would be if they went after him like they go after Palin.

If McCain wins this election, the media needs to be taken to account for their behavior. If Obama wins, the media will learn that in a Socialist country, the first to suffer are the media.

Perky Couric question on McCains Senate accomplishments was a loaded question. Do you think for one moment that Gore and Chaney would known what Clinton and Bush did as Governors in Arkansas or Texas?? Get real

OPERATION SAVING SARAH
As the lawmakers of Washington are getting ready to bail out wallstreet I call upon all American women to bail out Sarah from destruction. Sarah Palin, a mother of five is being sacrificed in the name of getting women votes to elect Mccain to the white house, currently needs rescuing. It is up to women of America to rescue her. The poor woman is confused and out of place. God knows how long it is gone to take for her to realize that she was being used and abused. Will it take a nervous break down?
Her sheltering and hiding by the Mccain''s campaign is yet the worst insult to her, her family and American women. As if she has some kind of contagious disease. I am sure she misses her kids and wants at some point to stop embarrassing her family, her Alaska and her Wasilla. Time is running out and it is running fast. Women of America, mothers of the land let us get together and save Sarah from the cynical Mcainic machine. We need to do it and do it quick. For our children, especially our little girls to not undermine the importance of education. For our young girls to not consider living in clueless land, to recognize when they are being used and know when to pull out of a situation and get the education necessary for a given position. American women please let%u2019s have mercy on Sarah. Check my blog: http://mercy4usa.blogspot.com/

"Story Plant!
What a Hoax!
Hearsay!
You should be ashamed!"...hardly. Throughout her travels she has occassionally been unable to control herself by forgetting the gag order. If anything was a plant it was the person asking the question. CBS has been overextending itself to cover her fairly and give her all the benefit of the doubt. I saw that debate in Alaska and she was fine but no match for Biden.

PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON SAYS DEMOCRATS TO BLAME FOR FANNIE MAE MELTDOWN

Clinton told ABC News That the blame for the Fannie Mae Meltdown Lies squarely at the feet of DEMOCRATS who blocked efforts to regulate and investigate Fannie Mae. You have to admire his candor -

SNL did another great opening sketch with Fey as Palin. The funny thing was that part of the sketch was direct quotes from the Couric/Palin interview. They litereally did not change some of the script! hahaha

why are they even trying to quote Palin on the issues. The reality is that no one has a clue. Everything we''ve heard so far has been vague generalties. She better all of a sudden have the ability to answer questions directly and with conviction come the VP debate or her political career could come to a screeching halt.

%u201CIt%u2019s working with Zardari to make sure that we%u2019re all working together to stop the guys from coming in over the border,%u201D Palin said.

The guys? That''s all she can come up with on the spot? The guys? Does she know who these guys are? That''s the worst junior high school level response... in fact, I''m sure 8th grade teachers everywhere hear more intelligent answers from their students on any given day. It''s not going to help Palin to study with Lieberman any more... she just doesn''t have the IQ power necessary for the big leagues. It''s futile.

This is a brilliant move by the McCain campaign. They repeatedly have Palin look like a fool for minor interviews.

If you watch Palin''''''''s debates from Alaska, you''''''''ll see that Palin will make Biden into the real fool.

She may be a good debater on a local mayor level or mabey even the governor level but she ain''t ready for the national level, the national stage is just to much for her.

How degrading would it be for us to put our top military strategists, who have likely spent their careers working for the knowledge base they posses, in a position where they are required to brief this nut job, and potentially (likely) be required to follow her orders?

I personally do not want to be one who requires that of them. I respect the troops too much.
