Well that will certainly be a nice change to those of us who are not rich supporting and keeping up the tax cuts to the rich who have in turned extorted more and more from us. We have been paying out the nose for the tax cuts to the rich who took our jobs off to India.

I would like to have the term or expression "change" explained by Mr. Obama. That term has been used in the last few elections but never defined. Vague expressions or promises need to be explained for clarity.
