This deal that Bush is attempting to force on the new Iraqi Parliament caused the price of Oil to shoot up $10.00 in one day from $128 Dollars per Barrel to $138. This was the largest jump in the price of Oil for one day in the entire history of the futures trading exchange.

Bush, McCain and the Republicans equal high Oil Prices.
