. I am now going to contribute to mensactivism.org instead of obama. I can''t believe he doesn''t realize that the key to keeping men in childrens'' lives does not mean you have to increase their support payments. Here is Massachusetts they effective attach half your take home pay for one child and pretty much the man is at the mercy of the mother when it comes to involvement in the child''s life. Also there are thousands of cases out there in which men are finding out that they are not the fathers of children they are supporting and the courts do not allow the men to opt out of the payments even after proving thru DNA that the men have been duped. I would like to see obama support an overhaul of the paternity fraud statues that make it a crime for women to falsely accuse the wrong man of fathering her children.

Mr. Obama supports a rare kind of Fatherhood - one in which women can abort all the way up to birth and if the child survives that aboriton attempt, to leave it to die. I like his brand of Fatherhood and I like what he approves for woman and especially children. The man''s a true believer in Fatherhood -- the quantative, not qualitative, kind.

"Barack Obama delivered a passionate speech on fatherhood today at a south side African American church, where he called on men to take greater responsibility for their families."

NO, THE MEDIA TWISTS, YET AGAIN, OBAMA''S WORDS: HE CALLED ON "BLACK MEN TO TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR THEIR CHILDREN" SO HE MUST ASSUME WHITE MEN ARE ALL DOING A GOOD JOB? THIS IS PREVERSE. OBAMA IS FEEDING THE NOTION THAT RACISM WILL AND IS STILL A BIG PROBELM, AND IF HE WERE NOT ''''BLACK'''' HE WOULD NOT BE EVEN CONSIDERED, AND CLINTON WOULD HAVE WON'''' THIS IS REVERSE DISCRIMINATION..AND DON''''T FORGET HE LISTEN TO ''REVERAND WRIGHT'''' FOR 2O YEARS!!

Yep...more hail to the new messiah yet I challenge any of you Obama supporters to actually look beyond his passionate speeches to see how his record actually deviates from what he says in public. This is a man who had the chance to vote for a bill that would have made it illegal for known gang members to associate with fellow gang members while on probation. What did he do? He voted against the measure. Now how is that expecting someone to rise above their circumstances and actually have a chance of making positive changes in their lives by forcing them to associate with anyone other than the very people they got in trouble with in the first place. Contradiction after contradiction and yet so many of his supporters continue to refuse to do their homework. Will just one of you tell me how you can believe in someone who consistantly says one thing but whose record reveals a glaring inclination to do the opposite. What is this? Do as I say - not as I do. Keep dreaming about that line on change he spews.

Anyone looking to see what kind of a president Obama or McCain will be have gotten an opportunity this week. We need to see no further than how Obama and McCain have handled the flood situation in Midwest. While McCain is spending his time for photo-ops with Iraqi leaders, Obama is getting down and dirty with the flood-affected people. I don''t know about you, but I want a president who will be there when needed.

Many people have falsely accused Senator Obama as being racists against white people. I have heard him make similar remarks to African-Americans about responsibility and accountability. He also makes similar statements in his book, "Dreams from My Father."

Although the statistics are higher for African-Americans, the same message is applicable to people of all races.

Obama has said, "I will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear."

God blessed us with a very special man%u2014the next President of the United States of America.

Thanks be to God!!!!
