omg, is she finally gone - ugh! Anyway, Barack''s really starting to hit his general election stride - go Barack! But something I''m not clear on is the big-picture plan of both candidates... is the number one goal to get GDP growing again? What about the deficits (trade, budget)? Because isn''t trying to restore balance the key to getting the economy back on track?

Is it that the candidates are trying to focus on GDP first, and THEN more on the deficit, or is it more maybe like that it''s a tough sell for a candidate to make during hard times that we collectively need to cut spending?

Anybody else not clear what the big picture is for the two candidates? Like McCain seems to be lying and overpromising the moon and the stars - he''s for cutting taxes! he''s for ''winning'' the war! AND getting rid of the deficit! AND we''re all going to have healthcare! It doesn''t add up.

And with Barack, I''ve read that the estimates for the programs he''s proposed also go into the red, but not as much as McCains''...is that true?

Maybe all that stuff''ll all get refined as we go along (?)

Politicians lie, they all lie. But, of course, if you are a racist then the black (or half-black, or half-white, in Obama''s case) candidate is the worst liar.

If you are a racist then McCain''s lies, not matter how monumental, are just "little white lies" (what else?) comparatively speaking.

It would be nice if you would actually substantiate any of your claims of Obamas lies rather than just making unproven claims. But you never do, you just make grandiose claims and never back them up with any proof.

That''s not true and you know it. The Hillary people and the Obama people all got to present their case in an open forum and a decision was made by the DNC to seat the Michigan and Florida delegates even though they had both knowingly and intentionally broken the DNC rules. There were no back room deals or anything like that, if there had been the Hilary campaign would have screamed bloody murder but they didn''t. You are simply misinformed and your candidates actions prove that.
