- It doesn''t surprise me that Hillary hasn''t yet figured out that she is mathematically eliminated from this race...everyone knows girls aren''t very good at math or science.

- There are videos of HRC stating that she knows that the FL and MI votes will not count, look them up. You will find them next to the video where she was taking sniper fire in Bosnia.

- gr8tday,
YOU are the one who needs to check their facts.
On 10/11/07, in a NHPR Interview, Hillary Clinton Said "It''s Clear" That The Michigan Primary Won''t Count For Anything. Clinton, on why she stayed on the ballot for the Michigan primary said, "Well, you know, people in Michigan are flat on their backs... You know, it''s clear this election they''re having isn''t going to count for anything. But I just personally didn''t want to set up a situation where the Republicans are going to be campaigning between now and whenever. And then after the nomination we have to go in and repair the damage and be ready to win Michigan in November 2008."
In addition, 12 of the people on the committee who voted to strip Fl and Mi of their delegates are part of Hillary''s campaign, including Harold Ickes, who now says the delegates should be seated!
Hillary didn''t give 2 craps about Fl or Mi, and in fact was in favor of stripping their delegates, until she NEEDED them, and then she decided the rules should be changed.
Hillary''s morality and ethics are convenient and situational, and she counts on supporters like YOU who just regurgitate what she says instead of using your own head, or doing any fact checking for yourself.
And on a side note, her claim of winning the popular vote EXCLUDES ALL THE CAUCUS STATES. So much for her phony "count all the votes" BS. - Reply to this comment
- squiddly2, thanks for the succint analysis of how Hillary could win. Right now, she''s not on an equal playing field with the DNC debacle, but with your gameplan and caselots of Red Bull, scheduled bathroom breaks, exercise to stay awake, maybe her delegates could outlast her opponent. To avoid a repeat of the caucuses, Hillary delegates will need plenty of energy to outlast the Kennedy-esque fillibusters and the late-night energy of her opponent''s much younger supporters.

- All the candidates and their respective parties are unfit to hold the reigns of power.
The media is unfit. It was granted awesome powers and has failed!
The Fed and State governments have failed, but want your money and votes.
Multi-National Business is killing us.
The judicial branch and lawyers are killing us.
I am hoping for a military coup or an act of GOD!
We need to help ourselves. Individuals can do this, governments cannot.
Government is the problem!!! - Reply to this comment
- rufisgufis you might want to get your fact straight before spreading rumors - Hillary NEVER signed anything that said votes wouldn''t count. Voters in FL and MI were told by their party chairs that their votes would be counted. Six of the DNC candidates signed that they would not campaign in any but the 4-DNC approved states prior to the super Tuesday. And the existing DNC rules provide for seating delegates to vote at the convention. So why doesn''t the DNC want to follow their own rules, hmmm inquiring 17+ million Clinton supporters want to know...

- Hillary lies so easily and often that the press even has begun to call it by different names, like "exaggeration." She is the worst model of honesty for our children since George Bush. Thank goodness that both will be off the scene very soon.

- The most important reason I could not vote for Hillary is that she is a manifest liar. The second reason is that she lacks the necessary foreign policy experience, to wit, her experience in Bosnia. How could I respect a leader who is in a plane that makes a "corkscrew landing" all the while fighting off snipers and the only backup she has is her then twelve-year-old daughter, a guitar player and a comedian. She could have at least brought along a sax player.

- Hillary ALWAYs said she supported counting the votes in MI and FL. She tried to get a re-vote. Howard Dean supported seating all MI and FL delegates as long as Hillary and Obama agreed. However, Obama said flatout NO-WAY to any arrangement that gives Hillary more delgates from FL and MI than he receives, plus he refused to give support when Hillary suggested a re-vote. Obama will continue to fight against seating the delegates in FL and MI. As you recall, Obama was the one who violated his DNC agreement to not campaign in FL by holding a press conference and running a campaign ad prematurely. Hillary honored her part of her agreement to not campaign. DNC rules state that 50% delegates are seated in these cases, so Hillary should get all or 50% of the regular and at-large delegates from MI that she earned, and Obama gets zip because he withdrew when polls showed he would lose big in MI. In FL, he campaigned in violation of the rules, so he is shut-out of getting his delegates in FL because of his violation, and Hillary should at least get 50% of her delegates. The DNC hasn''t followed their own rules - and unless they do go by their rules - - we may as well forget about the DNC - what candidate would ever want to run as a Democrat again??

- Being a conservative I have no dog in this hunt but being a student of politics I see the naivete of your commentators. Hillary can win the nomaination at the convention with nifty parlimentary procedure. During the nominating process the chairman of each state stands and delivers the vote count for each candidate. Normal so far. However, a member of the convention can call for the delegation to be polled. This means that each member of a states delegation must stand and deliver their vote personally. If any member is not present then that vote is not cast. So if enough members were shopping or partying Obama would fall short of the the 2,026 votes needed to win outright. A second round of voting would become necessary and all restraints are off the delegates. Since many of the delegates were chosen by the democratic party ran by Howard Dean (Bill Clinton''s boy) who do you think they would vote in the second round? Hillary wins!

- Actually it is not hard to imagine how Hillary can win at the convention and there is historical precedent. As you know, the chairman of each states delegations stands and announces who the delegates are supporting. Parlimentary procedure allows for a member to poll the delegation. Meaning each member present must stand and announce their vote. Each member present! If a member is not present then their vote is not counted. All any candidate has to do in a very close nominating process is to find a sufficient number of delegates that are willing to go shopping or partying while the votes are being counted. In this way neither candidate can win the nomination on votes. The nominating process must go to the second round of voting and then all bets are off. Hillary can win at this point legally. Remember Obama needs 2,026 votes and not one less to win.

- Clinton has taken Kentucky and Obama is right there in Oregon.
The Democratic race for nomination is still very much alive %u2013 and most likely to be decided by superdelegates %u2013 as CNN points out clearly
http://edition.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/05/20/primary.wrap/index.html
If you%u2019re tired of waiting around for those super delegates to make a decision already, go to LobbyDelegates.com and push them to support Clinton or Obama
If you haven''t done so yet, please write a message to each of your state''s superdelegates at http://www.lobbydelegates.com
Obama Supporters:
Sending a note to current Obama supporters lets them know it''s appreciated, sending a note to current Clinton supporters can hopefully sway them to change their vote to Obama, and sending a note to the uncommitted folks will hopefully sway them to vote for Obama. It''s that easy...
Clinton Supporters too %u2026. !
It takes a moment, but what''s a few minutes now worth to get Clinton in office?! Those are really worth !
