1. Since when is it legal for a presidential candidate to pick and choose which states to run because he would not win in them and in this case, they are MI and FLA?

2. Is it legal for Obama to not want to count or revote MI and FLA votes an attempt to make sure Hillary does not benefit too?

3. Will Dean, Pelosi and Reid allow Obama to hijack nomination by only representing 48 out of 50 states?

4. Why are Dean, Pelosi and Reid sabotaging Democratic Party with an unelectable and inexperienced candidate with questionable background because he has not been 100% vetted?

5. Is the obvious reason because they are getting paid off to do so?

Misspeaking is when a specific stat or fact or place is not accurate, but all other elements of the story appear to be correct. A lie, is a complex and directed effort to continually tell a story in which more than one element is fabricated as in made up.

for instance, Auschwitz is much more well known than Sobibor, Bergen Belsen, Treblinka and other death camps so it is understandable that a person might confuse the most infamous with another camp (Buchenwald). But to make up elements of a story that never happened and to defend and repeat them over and over and then tell more lies to defend the first set--that is lying. After all, if the man did indeed liberate from a Nazi camp, that would still keep the key facts straight--but nothing will make sniper fire be there when it was not, nor will it change the not running to the planes, the greeting ceremony or the fact that when challenged Clinton stuck to her story in detail. Pathological Liars and detail--always their downfall--especially if there is video. Sort of like telling her story for MONTHS and repeating the RFK assassination for months now saying it was only on her mind due to Ted''s illness. What about when it was said on March 6, 2008?

Hillary does NOT exaggerate. She just flat out LIES. One more negative attribute to go along with oath/pledge breaker, cheater, smearer, panderer, cheater*, liar*, divider, smearer* (mentioned twice cuz she does those three a lot).

She is like the Democrats one opportunity to give their version of Dubya to the country.

This really is fun to watch. It just is. All the fairness folk are pulling every trick in the book. The affirmative action people are really the racists. When I read 1984 all those years ago, I never really thought I''d be seeing it. Post modern heebie-jeebies. Nothing means anything unless you want it to. Fun,Fun,Fun!

Wow this article is telling the truth! Hillary''s supporters don''t know these facts because they apparently neither read nor listen to national news. I love the fact that the article was written by a Latino. Hillary claims to have all of them in her camp.

rufisgufis you might want to get your fact straight before spreading rumors

I got my facts straight: In addition to signing a pledge that the MI votes would not count. She even said: "The Michigan votes won''t count for anything. Also, nutcase, you should know that her campaign manager, Harold Ickes, was on the commission that decided to strip MI of its delegated if it moved its primary up to January, which it did.

The most important reason I could not vote for Hillary is that she is a manifest liar. The second reason is that she lacks the necessary foreign policy experience, to wit, her experience in Bosnia. How could I respect a leader who is in a plane that makes a "corkscrew landing" all the while fighting off snipers and the only backup she has is her then twelve-year-old daughter, a guitar player and a comedian. She could have at least brought along a sax player.

Obama got most of his delegates before we knew what a incompetant lefty he was.

And before we knew what a pathological liar Hillary is.

Seems to even things out.

We hold these truths to be self-evident...

If it was so UNFAIR not to count the votes, WHY DID HILLARY AGREE WITH IT IN THE FIRST PLACE???

Oh, SURE, now Killery wants to count the votes from a state where Obama WASN''T EVEN ON THE BALLOT, according to party rules.

So much for the Clintons'' regard for the rules...

I DID vote for Bush both times and I%u2019m proud of it. He may be inept on many levels, but I simply was not going to put up with more sleaze and outrageous flaunting of justice from the Democrats.

Let''s not forget - no matter how bad Bush has been, KERRY or GORE would have been EVEN WORSE!!

If either of those dingbats had been President, by now we''d be paying reparations to the Taliban, apologizing to China for failing to buy more imports from them, and spending billions of dollars on machines to remove CO2 from the atmosphere.

And Hillary "Killery" Klinton is a Senator for WHAT STATE???

More typical Clinton sleaze.

If the Clinton campaign was interested in fairness at all they would propose a reasonable solution. Obama was quite unknown when the illegal primary was held and since campaigning was forbidden he had no opportunity to get people to know him. If you look at all the other early primaries he was way behind in the polls but after spending time in the various states he captured sizable percentages of votes, winning many states in fact. There is absolutely no reason to think this would not have occurred in Florida and Michigan as well. Clinton had name recognition that gave her an overwhelming advantage during the illegal voting. However, the Clinton campaign has NO INTEREST in fairness - and I remind people in Florida and Michigan that Hillary freely and without regard for your "voices" agreed to sanction your states for voting illegally when it was in her best interest to minimze the number of contests for her opponents to catch her when she had the huge lead in the polls and she thought the primary process was a coronation for her. The best solution is to split the delegates 50/50 because no one knows what the outcome would have been had a proper election been held, and that split is as fair as you are ever gonna get.

Wow Fernando, great job on Hillary''s "wide net of exaggeration." That sounds ominous!! I can''t wait for your next article when we learn how Hillary uses her venom to destroy the innocent victims she ensnares in her intricate web of lies and deceit.
In the meantime, if your news organization (CBS News) was doing its job, the public would be aware by now that Barack Obama has a predisposition which leads him to compulsively misstate the truth.
Most recently, this Memorial Day Barack talked about how proud he was of his Uncle''s (it was his Great Uncle''s) service during WWII during which he helped liberate Auschwitz (it was Buchenwald). Lets be honest with each other, I understand that when Barack does as much as sneeze on the campaign trail liberal media bloggers like yourself can''t help but get a shiver up and down their spine from the almost transcendental feelings they experience. However, as an independent thinking American I find myself wondering how proud Barack Obama really is of his Great Uncle''s service to the United States of America if Barack won''t even bother to invest the time to correctly remember his Great Uncle''s service before talking about it on Memorial Day.
Finally, lets not forget the main point, the Clinton campaign''s effort to elect the first woman President is no longer important to you liberal men; and you have instead decided to pile on Hillary to prevent her from pointing out the obvious flaws of your candidate.

Even if everyone agreed to count the votes in Florida, its impossible to figure out exactly who they meant to vote for, so what''s the point?
