- Hillary may have more political experience than Obama, but old Hillary, with 35 years of experience and the advice of an ex President behind her, still voted to go to war in Iraq.
Like Obama, and like millions of ordinary people, she knew that the Iraq threat was a pack of lies but the problem was that she had her eye on the future Presidency; and I think she did not want to be painted as someone who is afraid of war just because she is a woman, this would have damaged her future presidential bid; so she chose the political expedient thing to do, lets go with the flow, lets not rock the boat.
So, to fulfill her personal ambitions, she now has the blood of 4000 US servicemen on her hands and she can never wash that away, no matter how she spins it.
Even to this day, she never uses her own judgment; she says whatever she thinks the audience wants to hear and changes her stance according to the state she is in. That%u2019s why polls show that voters consider her to be the most dishonest politician.
If Hillary is the nominee I would reluctantly vote for her; but I prefer to have a leader who has the integrity to stand by their beliefs rather than go with the flow, even if that means they have to stand alone in a crowded room. - Reply to this comment

Wishful thinking on Maria''s part. The genie is out of the bottle and even the LAMEstream media can''t stuff it back in.
Better luck in 2012. LOL - Reply to this comment
- Reverend Wright embedded threads of truth in a canvass of falsehoods: at one moment he states outright that he is not divisive or polarizing then he launches into thunderous, irreverent gestures and harsh critique of classical music, opera, psychiatry, pharmacology, JFK''s and Ted Kennedy''s Irish-American accents, and rationalizes this by making his thesis an imaginary cognitive difference between blacks and whites that elucidate his tangential truisms.
He speaks of embracing Change and transformation to that of respect and kindness while being irreverent of the late JFK, Lyndon Johnson and the above-mentioned; he speaks conceptually of embracing difference while he treads the threshold of a bitter diatribe of Eurocentrist thought, music, language and worship.
How does he do so? Leaping from left and right brain hemispheres to oral traditions of Hebrew teachings, he feigns authority and makes bold statements from non-existent sources adding new fields of knowledge as he thunders on.
Demarcating himself as a preacher not a politician or political analyst, he exclaims that his speech is not about the candidacies of Senators McCain, Clinton and Obama. Jeremiah Wright continuously makes an affirmation of a positive, inevitable Change to come; not coincidentally, he finally brings his speech of Change to a climax of Yes We Can make this Change as an obvious endorsement of Senator Obama and then he humbly makes a plug for his book which is to emerge sometime in 2008 - Reply to this comment
- Obama can''t even CHANGE Rev. Wright for the past 20 years. What make him able to CHANGE America? He is back by the old politicians like Ted Kennedy and Kerry, and he is trying to portray himself as the new politician? Give me a break! I don''t think Americans are that dumb to buy into his SPEECHES AND EMPTY PROMISSES anymore. He is a phony! GO HILLARY - THE CANDIDATE WITH EXPERIENCE AND SUBSTANCE.

- Being quiet is the smartest thing he can do at this point. We have all heard enough of his empty words and repeated lies.
Still I cannot help but feel another big speech coming....
Please put him out of our misery NC and IN! - Reply to this comment
- I''m voting for the candidate who will bring good judgement back to the White House.
I''m not using any candidate''s friend, adviser, minister, contributor, mother, father, husband or wife (or wives) to make that decision for me. - Reply to this comment
- OBAMA CAMP HAS TOO MANY TO DOWNPLAY: WRIGHT, FARRAKHAN, REZKO, AYERS, SINCLAIR ETC. Obama Pal Sprung From Jail By Iraqi Fugitive
It''s one of those things the mainstream media won''t bother discussing in this presidential campaign, but Sen. Barack Obama has this really sleazy close friend and political fixer who is on trial in Chicago for buying and selling influence in Illinois politics. Tony Rezko has been in jail without bond while he is being tried on federal corrupt influence charges for months now because he failed to disclose a 7-figure wire transfer payment he received from a corrupt former Iraqi businessman, Nadhmi Auchi. Rezko finally made bail last week with a little help from another Iraqi fugitive from justice, Aiham Alsammarae. The Sun-Times is reporting that Alsammarae put up more than one-third of the $8.5 million in cash and property pledged for Rezko''s bail. - Reply to this comment
- The real problem with Rev. Wright is that Mr. Obama sat in his church supporting his KRAP for 20 years going Praise Jesus listen to our beloved old wind bag teaching us to hate!

Exactly what poor people is he ministering to from his million dollar mansion in elitist Chicago?
The same people that white hate evangelists are ministering to from their multi-million dollar mansions and compounds?
Give me a break! He''s just another old windbag teaching his people to hate! - Reply to this comment

- Attention America! We must not allow our nation to be divided by politicians seeking election or media outlets seeking %u201CHot%u201D stories to gain advertising dollars.
Other than the indigenous people, all other Americans came from some other nation and brought with them a corresponding cultural influence. A casual observation would reflect English, Irish, Italian, Polish, French, Chinese, Spanish and yes African traditions interwoven into the fabric which is America. Our pre-American origins and traditions are as important too us as family history. We should not be required to abandon who we are nor should we seek to destroy the cultural heritage of other Americans.
The beauty of America is its diversity and the ability of this diverse population to love this country. What makes us unique as Americans is the flavoring we receive from exposure to this diversity. What make us strong is the ability of our citizens to rally in defense of the promise of our Constitution and our common interest.
As a nation we are faced with some of the greatest challenges in our history. To overcome these challenges we must unite our people. Do not be deceived%u2026 the real enemies of America are those that seek to weaken us using the age old %u201CDivide and conquer%u201D strategy. %u201CUnited we stand%u2026Divided we fall%u201D. - Reply to this comment

- Supposing Hillary Clinton went to KuKluxKlan meetings for 20 years, then denies that she ever heard them say they hated Blacks. Hummm, would you all still vote for her in a Presidential Primary. The most Rev Wright is a calamity that Barry Obama chose to sit with for TWENTY YEARS. Wake up people. Vote for Hillary.

- If Hillary can''t stop her husband from inserting his foot in his mouth, what makes you think Obama can stop Wright? C''mon people, get a grip. Since when can we manage what people say? This is America, you can say whatever you want, whenver you want, to whoever you want.

- Barry Ubama is a marxist. He has gravitated towards ''black liberation theology'', which is also a marxist philosophy, as well as to liberal, leftest professors.
There is NO WAY this guy can carry the main stream of society.....you know, the ones who cling to God and guns. - Reply to this comment
- The press has to back off linking Obama with his preacher. Much has already been discussed about this. The campaign has said what it needed to say. This is another attempt by a media that has to sensationalize everything for financial gain. Please focus on the real issues, not on distractions. Wright has the right to say what he wants, that doesn''t mean that Obama has to respond to everything his ex-preacher says. Does McCain respond to Rev. Hagee''s constant stupid copmments? No, because he doesn''t have to. This is a political campaign and too much has been said of Rev. Wright. The public is tired of this coverage!
