eznelson: Take a look at the theology to which Obama subscribes:

The %u201Ctheology%u201D that Wright teaches is called %u201Cblack liberation theology.%u201D It is based upon the premise of the white oppressor against the black oppressed. Wright cites James Cone, another proponent of black liberation theology, as his theological inspiration. Here are a couple of his quotes: 1. To be Christian is to be one of those whom God has chosen. God has chosen black people. 2. While it is true that blacks do hate whites, black hatred is not racism. 3. All white men are responsible for white oppression. 4. Theologically, Malcolm X was not far wrong when he called the white man "the devil. 5. Black theology refuses to accept a God who is not identified totally with the goals of the black community. If God is not for us and against white people, then he is a murderer, and we had better kill him. The task of black theology is to kill Gods who do not belong to the black community %u2026 Black theology will accept only the love of God which participates in the destruction of the white enemy. What we need is the divine love as expressed in Black Power, which is the power of black people to destroy their oppressors here and now by any means at their disposal. Unless God is participating in this holy activity, we must reject his love.%u201D

"Clinton drew a crowd of 400 supporters in PA a day after Barak Obama drew a crowd of over 30,000 at his rally"

Funny that Clinton is telling us not to throw our vote away on someone who is drawing crowds 10-50 times larger than herself.

The Clintons must really think we are stupid.

It is nice that there are still a few Christians out there that still understand the meaning of forgiveness and think that a Presidential election decision is worth them spending 5 extra minutes to research the context of what Obama was trying to say. It would be nice if there were a few more patriots like this who are willing to think for themselves ..... rather than just listen to the media''s 15 second sound bite that they play on the news in an endless loop.

It is too bad the talking heads and the Clintons would rather create another diversion then deal with the real issue of what Obama tried to raise in a 15 second badly worded sound bite. The fact of the matter is that rural America IS hurting real bad. Rising gas prices, a broken health care system, free trade policies that hurt the middle class, and farm subsidies that predominantly go to the multi-million dollar corporate farms.

Of course rural America is bitter. Who wouldn''t be under the current conditions. Obama attempted to start a dialogue to address this because for too long politicians on both sides have tried to distract rural American with wedge issues like Religion, immigrants, guns, and *** instead of addressing the ACTUAL problems.

No one is trying to discount these other side issues but the fact is NONE of these issues will do anything to alleviate the frustrations that rural America is feeling right now.

HOW OBAMA HAS USED GEORGE BUSH/KARL ROVE TACTICS TO OBTAIN OVER $62,000,000 FOR HIS CAMPAIGN, SO FAR!:
The Washington Post -- April 11,2008 -- Obama gets plenty of money from big donors too: "Sen. Barack Obama credits his presidential campaign with creating a ''parallel public financing system'' built on a wave of modest donations from homemakers and high school teachers. ... But those with wealth and power also have played a critical role in creating Obama''s record-breaking fundraising machine, and their generosity has earned them a prominent voice in shaping his campaign. Seventy-nine ''bundlers,'' five of them billionaires, have tapped their personal networks to raise at least $200,000 each. ... Donors who have given more than $200 account for about half of Obama''s total haul, which stands at nearly $240 million. ... The bundler list also sheds light on those who might seek to influence an Obama White House. They have helped the campaign recruit more than 27,000 donors to write checks for $2,300, the maximum allowed. Donors who have given more than $200 account for about half of Obama''s total haul, which stands at nearly $240 million. The use of bundlers was perfected by George W. Bush, who in 2000 and 2004 set some fundraising records that Obama has shattered.

we all understand the soft underbelly, Kristobella.
Some of us dont feed it though.
Some of appeal to the higher centers of the being.
If we only appeal to the lowest part, we are reduced to war and famine, me, mine and ours.
Lets transcend our petty differences, and make peace, feed the poor and love our neighbors as we love the one in the mirror.

Allow me to address the one out of seven who claim to believe that Barak Hussein Obama is a Muslim. Doesnt that mean he will have an easier time making peace in the middle east?

Happy fantasy, deluded ones.

NJ07, you are pretending you dont know the facts. The weatherguy was on a board of directors, not a friend of Obama''s. The Clintons acually pardoned two other weather guys, which is more interesting, isnt it?

I agree with the Clintons --- don''t throw away your vote. Don''t throw it away giving the sleazy Clintons the nomination. If the Clintons do win the nomination it is guaranteed that they will drag the entire Democratic Party down in their loss in November. Not only will the Presidency be lost but a large majority of Senate and House seats also. Voters will realize that a Party that would nominate dishonest sleaze like the Clintons cannot be trusted themselves.

willie, those are the rules. The MICH folks moved the date and failed to respect the need of democracy to have a small state first so that unknown candidates can be heard without name recognition and millions. Florida is another case, since the Republicans moved that date on them.
You will see Florida seated. Relax.
HRC will get out of this race after her loss in Indiana May 6th.

To PA4Clinton: You haven''t been reading. The press has reported that she picked up superdelegates. However, Obama has picked up more, including former members of the Clinton cabinet. That should tell you something. Even her husband''s former cronies aren''t supporting her.
