- You guys are great. Well said Larkin Mead. I am for a Huckabee/Mccain ticket all the way. It is time for our Presidents to be for our people.
I love the values and proven track record of Mike Huckabee. I love the senate experience and service to our country from Mccain.

- We, Republicans and the old Reagan Democrats would welcome a Huckabee/McCain ticket. I believe Mike''s communicaton skills along with his experience as Governor, gives him the edge in electability. The problem is that Mike is considered an outsider in the Republican elite "Country Club" set and the "talking heads", Limbaugh, Hannity, Ingraham, etc. went out on a limb way too early in support of Giuliani, Romney. et.al. Now, they must remain on the attack on Huckabee. Shamefull!
The BIG question now is, what direction will America take into the future. Will we become a Socialistic, (Nanny State) under the dictatorial leadership of an Obama/Clinton, or will we continue to preserve our Republic and our democratic principles?? The problems that face our nation require both foreign policy experience, (which Huckabee does have, contrary to what the talking heads spew almost everyday) and the ability to make complex executive decisons. Both Huckabee and McCain have this experience. Clinton and Obama do not! - Reply to this comment
- Mike Huckabee is the only Republican with a chance to win the general election. Romney and Thompson are viewed as part of the Republican big-business establishment that is being blamed for the country''s problems. McCain and Giuliani are national heroes, but will be made to look past their prime by the younger Democrats. Only Huckabee can provide a model of compassionate capitalism that will trump the Democrats arguments for the Nanny State. He is his own man, but must count on the average person for support. Anyone who really cares about the future of this nation should get behind Mike Huckabee.

That''s how long it would take you to save up for a brand new 60^ LCD / Plasma Flat Screen TV with reclining chair and large cup holder for your nice cold beverage if they were President.
Huckabee is the ONLY one willing to scrap the IRS red tape and switch to the Fair tax. The Fair tax allows you to keep 100% of your paycheck, not 70% you keep of it now. If you make say $75,000 year then your paycheck rises by $325 per week and in ONLY 3 weeks you can buy that awesome 60" LCD / Plasma TV to watch your favorite TV shows (Super Bowl, World Series, World Championship, Indianpolis 500, Olympics, etc...)
If you do not mind flushing an extra $325 every week down the toliet, then go ahead and vote for McCain, Romney, Thompson, Guiliani and Paul want to keep the current tax system. That gives them far less pressure to be try to run a lean government.
The Fair Tax can ONLY happen if you and your friends and family vote for Huckabee. He is the ONLY presidentail candidate commiting to this for the American people. Would you rather flush $325 every week down the toliet or would you rather save that up in ONLY 3 weeks and get that brand new 60" LCD / Plasma high definition TV with recliner and cup holder! :)
Vote for McCain, Romney, Thompson, Guiliani and Paul if you want to become Poorer.
