Come on guys can''t we just give McCain the chance to show his stuff?

I know, he''s been in Washington for about 30 years already, but remember he wasn''t the president. Make him the president he''ll show you the skills he''s been hiding for 30 years.

I know he''s betrayed us about once a year for the past decade, but thats only because he had the wisdom and foresight to know that this race would be so close that only someone who has been in bed with a Kennedy could beat a Clinton...sucks that now it looks like Obama''s the one to beat.

I know he graduated at the bottom 1% of his class, but come on, that was at the US Naval Academy. According to John Kerry they are all idiots anyway so there''s probably not much difference.

I know, he acts like he is so pissed off and mentally unstable that it makes you wonder if he''s fit for the job, but just think of how all that pent up anger will feel to Osama Bin Laden as John McCain personally chases him through the gates of Hell.

And lastly, I realize that it would seem like a real waste to try and get our candidate elected only to have him die on us considering he looks like he could kick the bucket any moment... But, remember that his other lover is Mike Huckabee, and he cured death before he decided to run for presidident

I just wonder where people who beleive that McCain stands a chance against a democratic candidate, ore any candidate for that matter, get their facts.

Answer me this question; what self-respecting conservative, I mean real conservative, is going to vote for a man who supports amnesty for illegal aliens, higher taxes, suppression of free speach, and all kinds of other liberal, no, liberal doesn''t quite cover it, communist policies?

And, as I said before, if your hoping for democrats to vote for him over Hillary or Obama, don''t hold your breath.

And, as far as defeating democrats consistently, as one person said, McCain has never defeated anybody! He''s tried and failed to get the nomination before. And as for defeating democrats on capitol hill, he''s never had to! He has always voted with them!

John McCain is not a republican. He cannot win as a republican. No democrat will vote for him. He is un-electable and a waste of a good vote for a good conservative who will beat the phoney-baloney''s on the other side of the isle. Please New Hampshire, I''m begging you, don''t lose this for us. Don''t throw away your votes. Think hard, pray hard, and then vote for Romney.

WHO IS THE BEST CANDIDATE?
John McCain has been in DC for 25 long years. He is a big part of the Washington grid-lock problem. He is aging like a fossil at 71 years old. He has ridden his war hero status for a long time with small results in Congress. Military leadership can hardly translated to excellence in real life management, because you only has one acceptable way to respond to your seniors which is "YES SIR!%u201D How can any one believe he can revitalize the country? He should be getting ready to pack up his office and move to Florida for his retirement.
Reagan changed party and he worked out fine. Pro-life, pro-choice is not the most important issue facing this country. I don%u2019t give a *** if he is a Mormon or a Jew. We need someone to win back the leading role in the world economy. Romney has the records of success to show for. He is a proven winner in both the private and public sectors. You need a successful economy to create jobs.

All of the polls have shown that Mitt Romney fares the worst against any Democrat that wins--that includes Obama, Edwards, and Clinton. John McCain on the other hand, is the only Republican candidate who consistently DEFEATS all of the Dems. People need to stop living in the dream world where Romney can win a general election. His flip-flops and lack of sincerity would make for a disaster against any of the Dems, while McCain stands the greatest chance of getting a GOP in for another 8 years. Keep this in mind, those who still back Romney: a vote for Mitt in the primary might as well be a vote for a Democrat in the general election.

The biggest problem with throwing Sen. McCain up against any democratic candidate is that it would basically be a strong liberal candidate against a week liberal candidate. McCain has nothing about him to draw tha voters from the conservative side, and Heaven knows democrats aren''t gonna vote for him over Hillary or Obama. My message to New Hampshire: don''t lose this election for republicans. Don''t vote for McCain.

Now, as for Romney, not enough can be said for his extremely strong skills as a leader and sharp fiscal mind. I''m convinced that Romney''s the man to turn around our nations ailing economy. He has a take no prisoners attitude when it comes to cutting spending and his view of America in the global economy that will get us competative again and keep us there. His track record on that is proven over and over again. As far as morals, he is easily as strong as any candidate in this race.

All I can say, really, is that much thought and prayer should be taken before casting your ballets.

Go Romney! Romney honestly flips but he don''t flop. It would be horrible have executives and politicians who were afraid to change because it might hurt their run for president someday. Mitt is a couragous leader for this very reason and it''s the very reason why he will bring change in washington.

Romney was selected for the scandal plagued SLC 2002 Olympics precisely because he had an impecable reputation for honesty.

If you notice, McCain only makes personal attacks in the form of jokes and avoids attacking real positions and experience. McCain is trying to keep a negative label going without any basis.

McCain has good state department type experience, but that''s like saying the CEO of an oil company needs to be a geologist. Executives need to be generally knowlegable in alot of area''s and very smart and learn quickly.

For example, most of what we know about Islamic Jihad in the CIA, pentagon, and state department were learned in the last few years. We didn''t know very much about our enemy until they attacked us.

Whoever becomes our next president, will need executive change experience to manage the specialized experts, not be an expert in any particular field himself.

I agree that McCain would lose to Obama in a match up. Obama represents change or at least he says he does and McCain represents more of the same. However Mitt Romney represents real change not talk. Look how successful he was with Bain and Company in turning around companies and starting them. Look at how he turned around the Olympics. Look at how organized his campaign is. Look at Mitt''s first in the Nation Health Care plan. Mitt is just the person we need to fix our sagging economy and compete globally once again.

Obama votes to continue the war in IRAQ and nobody questions.
Obama votes for Patriot Act without Civil Liberty safeguards and nobody questions.

How this guy gets a free ride to the White House is beyond me.
