- Gotcha irish-um- lady? Agreed, the MRAPS aren''t there. I firmly believe that the military-industrial complex is more than complicit in this "war". So at what, a million-bucks apiece, we can''t protect our guys and girls? Have they, with shrub''s help, stolen enough of America''s dough? Hear Bush? We could start "drawing down" the troops. .....and the blood still flows.....

- Where is all of the money bush wants and continues to get to support and protect our Troops going?

- So the lesson here is, no matter what we do, the insurgents or al-quida will find new ways to kill us.
And for what?? The latest lie out of Bush''s mouth is to provide support for the Iraqi parliment so it can solve its problems and start running the country.
That is not happening, has not happened in 4 years dispite all our help and is not going to happen.
It is time to stop killing US troops over the Iraqi parliment''s failures.
BRING THEM HOME!!!!! - Reply to this comment

lars, with a couple of exceptions there ( we WON 1 and 2) there were no exits. Ain''''t that a lesson that should have been learned?

- Didya catch the video on cbs this morning? Those "civilians" tossin them grenades at the humvee? That is extremely a poignant point. We are not going to "win" anything there. The guy who pulled the pin and stuck the killer under his shirt, was wearing a shirt that IIIII have! I think we are at the point, folks, either we completely destroy, or completely leave.

- This would mean that al-Qaeda terrorists would need to be within throwing distance of American troops.
Not a good long-term strategy by the terrorists.
They would more likely wind up shot dead, while their own grenade blows up next to their heads.

- I doubt it, you will be too busy cutting and pasting the same hate and lies to actually look out your window, let alone go anywhere.
Besides, I won''''t be traveling to Bruxelles for some time yet, too busy traveling in Asia, doing works to disprove the lunacy of fascist hate mongers.

- To johnny343sc,
No sane person thinks it will solve all our problems, but it will solve a few very important ones, like our children dying for nothing more than Bush and his gang''s profits, and our treasury being stolen by the war profiteers, putting us even deeper in hock, and weaker in position to China.
It would also go a long way toward giving America back to it''s citizens, and deterring such similar debacles in the future, especially if Bush and his gang of fascists are held accountable and personally liable for their crimes... - Reply to this comment
- That sucks, those grenades are probably US made. Some jerk sold them to the enemy. That is like the 190 thousand wepons the military lost. They didn''t loose them some jerk off stole and sold them ,now they are using them against our troops.People loose their patriotic stance when $$ is involved.Catch them and charge them with treason, then firing squad.I''ll volunteer my time .
