Since subsequent events and evidence shows clearly that Bush lied and created false evidence, there was in reality no threat.

His "decisions" were made by his puppet masters, Bush is obviously not capable of understanding the consequences of his acts, as proven by the complete failure to achieve the stated goals, other than the lynching of Saddam.

Since when are we defending ourselves against Islam, and why do you consider them enemies? Islam did not attack us, (which in itself is a ridiculous assertion, given the flight manifest show no Arabic names on the flights, and many of the people who were supposedly "on board" the planes have since shown they are still alive) a few people, who Bush, with dubious evidence, claims were Muslim did.

But all the fake "good news" spin and propaganda will not change the FACT that 3,700 US troops are DEAD. $500 BILLION has been wasted. A couple hundred thousand Iraqis are DEAD. Two million are refuges. Major areas of the major cities are in ruins. You can not brush this death and destruction under the rug.

So was it worth it? Only if you are one of the filthy rich corporate buddies that is profiting from this War and the tax cuts for the rich. Or perhaps if you are an Oil Company just waiting for the Iraqi Parliament to hand over the vast Oil Reserves for your profits and control. Or if you made BILLIONS in defense contracts, like Cheney''s Halibuton, the Carlyle Group, Black Water mercenaries.

The Rich Profit and the middle class troops are used as cannon fodder to make it happen.
