We need to purge the Democratic Party of those so called moderate Democrats. They are nothing but Republicans in sheep's clothing. Obama needs to start playing hardball with them. A call from the Attorney General threatening to investigate them might not be a bad idea.

We are now going to FORCE doctors to see patients? And to accept whatever payment they receive? No wonder we have a shortage of doctors. It will only get worse.

Mortarman

I worked for over 30 years paying into social securitySince the age of 11, which is my age when I got my first job. I was injured in a car accident while at work. The accident was the other persons fault. Without social security disability and medicaid and medicare I would probably be dead by now. I am not stealing from others Just recieving the benefits that I paid for during my entire working life. I would prefer to still work, however that is not possible. It seems to me that leaving me with no healthcare would be evil and immoral considering that I paid for my coverage.

The strategy of the White House is hardly educating the public on the merits of the healthcare reform legislation.Instead the Obama troupe is unleashing a state sponsored propaganda blast to score points just the way they did during the 2008 campaign.

Doctors should not be allowed to pick and choose which patients they will see. They need to be FORCED to see all comers. Otherwise, we will continue to have a system where the rich continue to see their Park Avenue internists who graduated from Harvard while the poor have to settle for someone who graduated from NYU.

Illegal aliens are covered.

And the proble mis that what Obama wants is for the employers to drop their private plans for the government plan. Why wouldnt they. A guy running a small business says "hey, I can save money by closing down the plan and my employees can just jump onboard the government plan."

The employers arent stupid. They will already be taxed to provide for the government run plan, so why should they continue the private one.

Thus, we will eb forced into government plans.

Beware people bringing false information and fake facts to try and scare the average American. The proponents of healthcare reform will say anything. True, untrue, doesn't matter. Watch out for purveyors of misinformation. Don't get fooled again.
