- thought it was a lumo sum. $400 for singles making less than $75k and $800 for couples making less than $150k. If it is weekly some will have to save it for 3 weeks to be able to get a carton of smokes at walmart or an entire year to be able to get the small flat screen.

- Obama is doling it out in weekly payments, because the first thing americans will do if he gave them their $676 in a lump payment is to go spend it at Wal-mart. Which does''''nt do anybody any good but wal-mart.
