Get over it DJ. His birth certificate is on file in Honolulu.

DJ_Houston yeah and I''ve ready the court decisions, looked at pictures of the birth certificate and I have seen nothing like ''evidence'' supporting this conclusion. It''s a bunch of cr ap on the facts alone; but Berg won''t have to go there because it''s going to be dismissed on lack of standing.

According to the latest on this, there is a good chance that it will be pursued further. They really don''''t have proof that he was born in Hawaii or haven''''t presented proof. Several of his family have said they were present at his birth in Kenya. Time will tell.

Posted by keystonebull

If you are talking about D''Onofrio v. Wells, that case died on Dec. 8th when the US Supreme Ct. refused to hear it. The Berg case hasn''t been rejected yet, but will be. This is so ridiculous as to be comical to the rest of us. What, this is some kind conspiracy by his parents that a noncitizen should be elected?? They went through the pain of having a fake birth certificate created because they planned for him to be elected President? Because no one is asserting that this is a new or recent fake so it has to be a 30-40 year old conspiracy. Do you realize how nutty this sounds to the rest of us????

Who said anything about an indictment. Just said it to prove Obama''''s word is no good. Our country is messed up now but the people will get wise to him and get someone better next time. Don''''t think we can go over 4 years of Obama if that much.

I shouldn''t have to spell out to you that I was being facetious. The point is that none of this stuff even remotely arises to the level of something that adversely reflects on Obama. Hence my comment on wishful thinking and overreaching.

sum and ormond.....Look, I''m not trying to fight with you guys. I respect your opinions and feelings. It''s just that I hope you are wrong. If what you believe turns out to be true it will tear the country apart. Even now we are so divided that we may never be able to repair the damage. I''ve been around long enough to know that neither the liberals or the conservatives are totally right. It is a blend of the two that will lead to good government. There are many conservative views that I agree with and the same with liberal views. The reality is that working together is the answer. I''ll be looking to see if Obama will reach out to the other side and if he will incorporate their ideas with his. Come on guys, we all love our country and want to see it do well. That is possible if we reach out to each other with affection not hatred. I think you are both good guys and I have nothing but respect for you. If you needed help I would be there for you in a heartbeat...just as I know you would be there for me. One of you mentioned that in one of my posts some time ago I said I hated Bush. That may have been just I lost my nephew in Iraq. I got over it because to hate is nothing but a waste of time. At the time I was in pain and needed to blame someone. Sorry about that.

I hate no one - I want no one to fail - before this election who ever heard of Obama ? Last election, who heard of Kerry ? There are alot of dark issues surrounding Obama that I feel need to have answers before he takes office after all he promised transparency. Some of Obama''s issues involve OUR constitution. That is what my dad fought for in WWII, my brother in Vietnam, and the servicemen today are still fighting for us. I am glad we have had no more acts of terrorism and pray that we never do, and I am not saying that I think Bush was the messiah. I think he made alot of mistakes, but no president makes them alone. I felt that he should have pardoned Ramos and Compean, as they were doing their job and the drug smuggler got a lesser sentence than one of them. I want the BEST we can have - the most experienced. I wan the Supreme Court to do their job and investigate these lawsuits and allegations that continue to loom over us. It is not too much to ask for documentation, we all have to for many reasons. If there is Chicago involvement we should be the first to know, not the last, but when our media is owned by foreign countries, don''t you think that is why we are kept in the dark. What happens when it is too late. I want America to rise to what it should be instead of the laughing stalk of the world. I will never forget the celebrations around the world on 9/11. I don''t laugh when their families are attacked. I want the best we can have...we are paying for it dearly.

ormonebeach1.....From your last post it kind of looks like you are looking for reasons to comdemn Obama and again that is your right. The only thing I can suggest to you is that you contact your Senators and Representatives after Obama is sworn in and demand that they start impeachment proceedings against him. If he is guilty of a crime that is worthy of impeachment I''m sure they will listen to you. You know, I have relatives that I have had pictures taken with but I have not had anything to do with them. And you must question the source on Obama being more involved with Blago. Where did that information come from? I''m not trying to argue with you nor am I trying to convince you to come over to my side. I just hate to see you make a judgement if your information is faulty. And I do believe that you and I are good Americans. Otherwise we would not be having this conversation. There probably isn''t a nickles worth of difference between us. I''m just an old retired history teacher with more time on my hands than I really need.

ormandbeach1.....This rumor has been tossed around for well over a year now. Do you really believe that this would not have been uncovered before if it was true. You know that Obama has been investigated by the FBI the CIA and who knows how many other intelligence agencies. If there was even a shread of truth to this we would know about it. This is just another rumor that was started by some Obama hater and then when some guy actually filed a law suit it got some legs until the Supreme Court threw it out. You seem like a reasonable guy and if you want to dislike Obama it''s OK but please don''t be a hater. There is so much at stake and it is to all our advantages for him to succeed. Let''s hope for the sake of our great country that he does a good job. Although I support Obama I put America first and if it turns out that he is a bad guy I would be the first to say get him out. But remember, we are both Americans before anything else.

ormondbeach1.....I had my picture taken with Obama during the campaign. Do you think I will have any influence on his decisions when he takes office? Come on, politicians have their pictures taken all the time, especially at political events. Half the time they don''''t even remember who they posed with. If you want to see Obama fail you have that right. If he proves to be unable to do the job or is caught engaging in illegal activities I want him out but as of now he has done nothing to make me want him out. I believe that he can do a lot of good for the country and until I am proven wrong I will support him. I wanted Bush to do a good job but he let me down time after time. Obama will rise to the occasion and provide the leadership that we so desperately need.

The picture I received is of Obama, his wife, Blago and his wife and Ted Kennedy and his wife at a social gathering and you could tell they were probably all there together. It was not a picture of just taking a picture with him. Nothing ;wrong with the picture but Obama said he never had anything to do with him. Also read where they were closer at one point and Obama is trying to distance himself from Blago. If they are from Illinois they are crooks or mafia.

sum1getit.....I take it from your post that you are an Obama hater. Well, you have every right to believe any way you want to. And what happens if you get your way and Obama fails miserably? Wow, doesn''''t that sound good to you. Obama fails and the country goes into a depression that makes the 30''''s look like a Sunday school picnic. Do you believe that you will be immune? Maybe you will be if you are a multi-millionaire. But if you aren''''t and you lose your job or business and can''''t make enough to pay your mortgage you''''ll be on the street. Can''''t make enough to pay utilities or rent on a cheap apartment. The kiddies will have to leave college and your local school district is broke. No money for food or any of the necessities of life. If you get sick there''''s no money for treatment and you couldn''''t pay your insurance premiums so you have no coverage. Maybe one of your kids gets sick and is terminal without costly treatment. You''''ll have to just watch your child die. Sorry. Maybe China sees us as weak and decides this is the time to attack. But you go right on and hope for Obama to fail. Won''''t you be a happy camper if that happens? Just some food for thought.

I agree with sum1getit. We need an American as President. At first I thought it was just a bunch of trouble makers getting something started, now I think there may be something to it that he was really born in Kenya.

One of the networks has a show coming out when they can tell if your lying. Some of the ways they can tell is if your nervious, jittery, look away or talk out the side of your mouth. If you look at some of Obamas pictures when he talks about this he is always got his mouth cocked to one side or the othere.

Rush got it half right when he chided Barry Soetoro an educated fool....well at least the last half... Hussein seems to be able to disassociate very easily and answers to no one...has he already forgot he is a mere public servant, paid by taxpayers ? Whose dime is he on right now ? the Senates ? Or this new position that no one ever heard of before him, Office of the President Elect, what a joke ! Hope he stays in Hawaii or is deported back to Kenya where he belongs, we need an American president that can proudly salute our flag and whose wife has ALWAYS been proud to be an American.
