The potential danger of a President-elect interfering with foreign policy is huge. It is ridiculous to equate that potential military and diplomatic danger with Obama indicating what his plans are regarding domestic economic policy after he takes office.

The economy is a crisis of immediate impact on Americans. Israel and the Palestinians will be fighting in 100 years.

The author of this article simple-mindedly conflates two completely different situations. It seems that is all we can expect from most journalists today who are always looking for an "angle."
