The SC has had this case in its hands since Oct 30th. They have denied his request for injunctions first to stop the election, then to stop the Inaguration.

It is amazing how far they are willing to go to keep Obama out of office.

Not to worry, they''re not gonna.
The whole entire point here is that they SIMPLY CANNOT deal with the reality the Obama is gonna be the next President!!
Ever see a child attempting do avoidance? They scurry here and there wildly in an attempt to evade. That''s what all these goofy rehetorical, insinuating questions are about. Just scurrying around in a futile attempt to avoid the inevitable.
With the election of Obama, something near and dear to them has died - they just can''t deal with it.

It was filed in Pennsylvania Court and dismissed. He then went over their heads and took it to the SC who have basically sat on it since OCT.

Oh my bad. Berg actually filed his case not in Oct, but in August. August 21st to be exact. That case was dismissed and he refiled it on Oct. 30th.

Now tell me the difference between the Writ and the injunction??

HINT: Go to the USSC website and look up file (08A505) and tell me what that is. It is the INJUNCTION!!! not the writ

Any question as to why the phrase ''rabid right'' was coined?

They denied the injuction. The writ is worthless after Obama is sworn in.
