Washington Post: President-Elect Will Need To Admit Former Rival Into His Inner Circle For The Partnership To Work
- Just because you don''''t think it does not mean it is not so. That is a very dangerous line of thinking. You can not prove it as a fact as I also cannot. It''''s a tie. We both believe what we wish whether it''''s true or not.

Except I''ve got evidence in the form of ''still haven''t found anything'' on my side. I mean, five years of unfettered access to search for them is pretty compelling.
What do YOU have in the way of supporting your apparent contention of WMD existing in Iraq? - Reply to this comment
- Having problems? You need to change ALL information.

Well if you know something the rest of the world doesn''t, please feel free to build the yellow brick road to the WMD''s.
There are none. - Reply to this comment
- Rapport between Clinton and Obama will not be a problem. More unity exists on that front than people are led to believe. Their differences are hair-splitting.
More Repubicans would love to see differences, since it would be their way into divisive intrusions, but Joe Biden can clearly keep such opportunities from ever occurring.
This CBS news editorial is wishful and biased. It makes a house of cards appear like a real one to a novice political follower. - Reply to this comment
- Don''''t give me the bull ***** figures where the commies annointed him. How many state''''s pledged delegates did he win?
He didn''''t get enough pledged delegates to win, did he?

Niether did Hillary. What''s your point? He got more pledged delegates than her and enough superdelegates to put him over the magic number. This is so six months ago. She conceded, he won and won again. He''s president-elect, she''ll be Secretary of State.
Get over it already. - Reply to this comment

- During the campaign, we heard the words of their handlers and speech writers through their mouths. There are two possible reasons why Obama picked Hillary: Either he feels she would do a good job, or he''s already campaigning for 2012. I hope it''s the first, and not the second.

- So what, you and Merle Haggard visited the other 74 sites and visually confirmed no WMDs? I don''''t think so. And don''''t believe everything people tell you.

WMD''s, little green men, Earth is flat...hey, if that''s what you want to believe, I''m not stopping you. I can, however, point and laugh. - Reply to this comment
- Rowdy, you should seriously consider taking a break from CBSNews for a few weeks.

- I would.
Did you see where Rick Warren of Saddleback, gave him the "International Medal of Peace" yesterday?
Posted by IwasHungry68 at 12:23 PM : Dec 02, 2008
Although the reason he''s getting the award is because of a very Christian-like thing to do, conservatives would be screaming ''socialism'' at the top of their lungs if a Democratic leader got the award for the same reason...very hypocritical.
I do take issue with one of the tenents for the award being the alleviation of self-centered government though. - Reply to this comment
- You means Hans Blix that visited 24 sites out of a hundred and then claimed there weren''''t any weapons there that he could find?
Posted by Rowdydfw at 12:17 PM : Dec 02, 2008
Yep. Not to mention 5 years later, he''s been vindicated as there were/are no WMD to be found! - Reply to this comment
- Rowdy is ever the "grouchy girl" as evidenced by her posts. She''''s obviously on a permanent "time of the month." Take a handufl of Midols, girl!!

- "Leaving the news conference in Chicago yesterday where he introduced his national security team, President-elect Barack Obama strolled out of the room arm in arm with his choice for secretary of state and onetime rival, Hillary Rodham Clinton."
Ahhhhh, isn''t that sweet. It almost brings a tear to my eye. - Reply to this comment
- You''''re still claiming that BS aren''''t ya, even thought Hillary beat the snot out of him in actual votes and the commies at the DNC TRASHED the votes of the people and annoined the bastward anyway, even when he couldn''''t win it with electoral votes.
Posted by Rowdydfw at 11:56 AM : Dec 02, 2008
Um, wake up Rowdy. Hillary beat the snot out of him? Do you just make this stuff up as you go along? - Reply to this comment
- The president elect and his newly chosen cabinet are some of the best and the brightest. This sure will be a far cry from the failed Republicon policy of hiring by cronyism, not by merit. Come to think about it, I don''t know any Republicons in the US workplace that have attatined their position by merit. The Republicon parasites in the workplace are all the biggest deadbeats on staff. Retired military are pathetic coworkers, too.

- Yep, and he never ONCE said Iraq has nuclear weapons, not once. He just testified to the fact that tubes had been intercepted on their way to Saddam.
As a matter of fact, he said absolutely nothing more than Clinton had been screeching about for EIGHT YEARS!
Posted by Rowdydfw at 11:52 AM : Dec 02, 2008
What you really need to do is compare and contrast Hans Blix''s testimony with CP''s. CP claiming that Iraq didn''t have nuclear weapons but was actively persuing the technology is still an obfuscation.
Then, let''s move to the chemical and biological issue the Bush administration was screaming about. Where are all those stockpiles. - Reply to this comment
- So is this like a runner-up prize for Hillary?

- Strange isn''''t it. When you take the time to read real facts and transcripts...you find a whole pig trough worth of democrapic lies and propaganda.
Posted by Rowdydfw at 11:03 AM : Dec 02, 2008
Although I wouldn''t categorize CP''s presentation as outright lies, the truths were clearly obfuscated, manufactured, etc. I remember watching his presentation and going on about possible WMD labs that were ''moved.'' Evidence being tire tracks to a location of a fomer ''structure.'' We were lead to believe it was a biological production lab purely because it wasn''t there anymore. And don''t forget about those aluminum tubes.
Still waiting for those WMD''s to show up. - Reply to this comment
