I do not care if all the Pro-Gunners buy hundreds of AK-47s. They are never going to use them. They are just wasting their money/wealth.

3 days ago, I heard on the morning National Public Radio a man who brought some fancy gun for $800. I am sure his family will have to cut down on going out for dinner.

Early in the Primary Campaign, Obama said something about "the 1st thing I will do when I enter the White House is to review all the Executive Orders from President Bush...and rollback all those I do not like"

Viva Obama!

Unbelievable how these Republicans care more about Corporate Profits than American''''s Health.

Obama is smart to undo any deregulation from Bush. Bush can enjoy signing Executive Pardons to all his rich buddies

CBS would''ve been more correct and objective had the title of this story been on the lines of "Lame Duck President Follows Tradition By Promoting Last Minute Legislation". Then those making posts decrying what Bush is doing as mean and out of line would at least have some sense of history, rather than their irrational first time involvement with the political process hype.

Gun sales are up 20%. Shop owners say people are buying out of fear Obama may get elected. Obama wants to take their rights.

Obama also voted to ban virtually all deer-hunting ammunition and he supported a proposal to ban almost every gun shop in America.

That is an out-and-out lie. I have asked you for links to prove it and you never give a direct link. It''s a lie.

Obama plan is NOT to take away the guns but to have the companies make them child proof. Some already are with a double safety but most are not. Of course, he may want to go a step further and try and get the guns idiot proof- for the fools that will attempt to disable the second safety and shoot themselves in the foot or there friends in the shoulder Ala, *** Cheney..

Define Free? Do you mean increase in crime? violence? Free from food or running water? Free from electricity. Or maybe free from A stable government. Define free? Free to have a transitional government that will be overthrown the moment the US leaves? Maybe you are right, if you measure it by US standards they are free now. SO define free and Please don''t say from Terrorist or Saddam Hussein..

You will probably have to hock your guns and everything else if McCain is elected. You will need to have a lot of stuff to take to pawn and to sell because the country is on a fast track to destruction. It is obvious that many of you will never learn until it is too late that republicans don''t care about you, your guns, your job, your anything. They don''t care about you. They just need buffoons like you to keep voting them in so they can give everything to the rich.

Isn''t deregulation of the banking industry what just cost taxpayers $700,000 billion? Bush is the worst president in U.S. history. Can''t wait to bail out the mine owners, the mega farm owners and the water companies.

Heavenly days. These republicans that are unfortunately our president and his administration are still doing the evil things that they have done for these last eight years. I really wish these crooks would be impeached and thrown into prison for what they have done to our country.

A vote for McCain says approval of last 8 years of totalitarism of Emperor Bush! Vote Obama for Change and get rid of GOP Crooks!
YES I HAVE SAID THIS SINCE LAST JULY! THANKS PELOSI FOR SPEAKING OUT! BUSH IS A TOTAL FAILURE AND WORST PRESIDENT LIAR TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE GOING OVER U.N. TO INVADE IRAQ WITH NO WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION FOUND! HE NEEDS TO GET OUT NOW SINCE OUR COUNTRY IS IN HIS RUINS! OUT! OUT! OUT! 2 MONTHS LEFT! OR HE WILL INVADE IRAN NEXT!
"You know, God bless him, bless his heart, president of the United States, a total failure, losing all credibility with the American people on the economy, on the war, on energy, you name the subject," Pelosi replied. She then tsk-tsked Bush for "challenging Congress when we are trying to sweep up after his mess over and over and over again."

Democrats need to stop regulating away jobs.

Posted by william855 at 03:51 PM : Oct 31, 2008,

It was tax breaks to move offshore and deregulation that facilitated job exportation overseas. If desire to obtain far more wealth than a single person needs is not part of this, then why can someone here with a little investment, use of lean manufacturing and innovation kill the Chinese in prices and delivery?

Its all about having the right tax breaks and having the people invest in our country. We have to stop buying from these unpatrioitic corporations and elect Obama to show the government we are demanding this change. Otherwise its more of the same!

(by the way I''m a republican who still holds shame for voting for that freedom hating money grubbing s.o.b.)
