*** I am a 30 year old white male that is very happy and proud to be voting for Barak Obama... In the primaries I voted for John Edwards, because I liked how Edwards helped with poverty and the poor. Edwards and Obama share very many of the exact same opinions on issues. I was happy when Edwards endorsed Obama! That was the endorsement to me that showed that Obama is for real, and that having Edwards as VP was a huge posibility at that point in time. If not for the affair stuff coming out, I bet Edwards would have made a great running mate for Obama. I think they would have gotten along great, but don''t get me wrong... I like Joe Biden also! I think the Obama / Biden team is just what we need to take back all those unfair tax cuts for the very wealthiest of Americans! Time to give back tax cuts to the middle and lower class americans who need them!

For the repubs that''''s a losing strategy. Passion for one''''s candidate wins elections. That''''s what the repubs lack. NO passion for McCain. A landslide is possible but I feel the spread will go to 6-7% nationally with Obama getting around 300 electoral votes. Posted by jfkwereru at 08:40 PM : Oct 14, 2008
*** If more people would be less racist and look beyond someone skin color, Obama could win in a Landslide. The only state the GOP should carry this election is Alaska, because Alaska has Palin on the ticket to help support their cause for Independence!

*** We should meet with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad without preconditions! What would it hurt to sit down and talk with people you don''t agree with? OMG, we might actually come to an agreement atleast about some things... diplomacy works!

I read many of these blogs and one thing really stands out. The dems advocate Obamas position and put down McCain''s.
The repubs ONLY put down Obama. Never a word of advocacy for McCain. That means most votes for McCain are an anti Obama vote. Votes for Obama are for Obama AND against McCain.
For the repubs that''s a losing strategy. Passion for one''s candidate wins elections. That''s what the repubs lack. NO passion for McCain. A landslide is possible but I feel the spread will go to 6-7% nationally with Obama getting around 300 electoral votes.

*** You are right that most americans are conservative, however, Juan Mccain is NOT conservative! He is more liberal than the democrats on amnesty for illegals! Even the Liberal democrats don''t want to let in as many as the 20 million that mccain wants to give amnesty to! Juan Mccain needs to move to mexico and live with his people!

Vote amnesty McCain/Palin for real honor and decency !
Posted by Minuteman-8 at 06:43 PM : Oct 14, 2008
*** There is nothing "honorable" about voting for amnesty mccain when he chose to allow the same slime balls that ran bush''s campaign get welcomed aboard his. If amnesty mccain can show that he cares about regular hard working americans more than he cares about his illegal immigrant friends, maybe then he might find some honor!

Obama''s 54 percent to 38 percent lead in Michigan helps to explain why McCain decided to pull down his ads and pull out the majority of his campaign staff from the Wolverine State last week -- choosing to fight, instead, in Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Maine.

New Hampshire and Maine??? That says it all!!

Take a look at this a--hole! What about the Reps and ACORN now........punk! Are you crying yet? You don''t know which way to turn do you DR. minute?

John McCain supported ACORN in 2006. At one of their rallies he said "What''''s in this room is what makes America great." Here is the story with video: http://marcambinder.theatlantic.com/arch
