This is scraping the barrel. As a professional woman, I understand per diems and don''t see a scandal here at all. Especially since she sold the state plane, flies coach and billed more than $300,000 LESS for travel than her predecessor. What I think is more scandalous is that the American taxpayer has a freshman senator with no speakable legislative record who began running for president as soon as he got into the Senate, and we have been paying his salary for almost 2 years while he''s been on the stump.
