But every lie in Obama''s book is dissected and the author has uncovered the truth. Or, at least the purported truth.

By going back to the way Obama deals with issues in his own life and how those things affected him, the author paints a picture of a man unfit to lead the nation and certainly not ready.

The author does a superior job of taking Obama apart. He studies him and reveals him. And in so doing, he uncovers an unattractive person who should not be elected to the high office of president.

Regardless of your political views, this is a book you should read. I never give my own political views in my reviews and if at any point it sounds like I have, it is unintended. I only report what I''ve read.

Corsi''s book is meticulously resarched and well-documented, from start to finish, and everything he says is easily verifiable. In all honesty, I would not call this book unbiased or "fair and balanced"; some aspects of it are heavy-handed, and there''s some of the oft-repeated, largely unhelpful guilt-by-association with various unsavory characters that seems mostly irrelevant and a bit unfair to open-minded, moderate people. However, as a counterpoint to the staggering Messianic cult of personality and iconization that''s grown up around Obama, this book is essential reading. Needless to say, the Barak Obama that''s been sold to the public differs a great deal from the actual man. Getting to the facts about who that man really is, is no easy task, and this book does an admirable job of breaking through some of the clutter. You are not going to see this view of Obama in the media. The media supports and in fact largely created and shaped the myth of Obama - an act of immense civic irresponsibility and misuse of power and public trust, which Corsi''s book helps balance out a bit. The impact of this book on the election will be interesting to watch.

This is a great book, thoroughly researched by Mr. Corsi with excellent documentation of sources. Simply put, Corsi reveals Obama to be an America-hating black radical who has sought to hide his true color (no pun intended!) with the enthusiastic support of the Anti-American mainstream press. He is also an egomaniacal chameleon who will do or say ANYTHING to advance himself. Mr. Corsi shows how Obama differs from any other candidate ever nominated for the presidency in sinister and even evil ways. I noticed the liberals who gave this book negative reviews don''t even comment on the book- I''m sure they didn''t even read it.

"How sad that, despite educational achievements, Corsi did not also develop intellectual integrity. His work is partisan propoganda, full of innuendos and half-truths, cynically created to influence people who fear anything outside their own narrow cultural norms. Corsi is the ugly underbelly of neocon intellectual pretensions. Tolerance and moderation are anathema to their insatiable appetite for control, power, and wealth. - Posted by flreason

And, or course yo don''t have a bias opinion, do you ?

Heh-heh, of course not, you are an Obama supporter.

Well, turkey, Jerome Corsi is an independent, so is EVERYONE who is not a Liberal a partisan spewing propaganda ?

Grow a brain. go to the library if you don''t want to BUY the book, and write to the editor citing your ''facts'' against his 30+ pages of footnotes on the 300 page book.

Your far left rant is so typical of the Democrates.

But then again Obama always did like''em stupid.

I''m curious how many Democrats bought this book thinking it was a pro-Obama book. Proabably a good number of them likely did no more than look at their hero on the cover and ran to the checkout counter with a tingle running up their leg. What a gullible bunch. One can only sit back and laugh.

He''s just brave enough to put out a book about it.

Jerome R. Corsi
Mr. Corsi is the author of several books, including "Unfit for Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry" (along with John O''Neill), "Black Gold Stranglehold: The Myth of Scarcity and the Politics of Oil" (along with Craig R. Smith), "Atomic Iran: How the Terrorist Regime Bought the Bomb and American Politicians," and most recently, "Minutemen: The Battle to Secure America''s Borders."

And here he looks into Barack Obama''s history, what little there is, and highlights how Obama''s current rhetoric is hardly in synch with this man''s past. As one of the most liberal US Senators and one who has been part of a "church" that seems more anti-American or more interested in wallowing in black resentment than worshiping God, Dr. Corsi isn''t the only one wondering who Senator Obama really is. Obama''s life is an interesting one, full of a number of achievements, but it is one that raises a number of questions about this man who is not far from occupying the Oval Office. In many ways, Senator Obama is an unknown quantity, well he is unknown for those who aren''t interested in knowing anything about him. For some his rhetoric is more important than his deeds, beliefs, inclinations, history. Others who are interested in the latter would find this book by Dr. Corsi worthwhile, to see what an Obama White House might mean. Cheers

I have to admit that i was enamored with Obama, I wanted to Vote for Obama. I thought he was a nice guy and someone I could beleive in and someone who would bring change for the better.

But after Rev Wright I realize that I made a grave mistake.
Obama is dangerous for this country. To many skeletons in Obama closet.

Yes I drank the Obama Kool-Aid and was voting for the American Idol.

I woke up, and its not too late for you.

I wonder how much I could make by making things up about McCain. The sad part is there is so much I would not have to lie about it.

Cindy Sheehan is running against her. Wouldn''t it be poetic justice if Pelosi lost to her. Hoisted on her own petard.
