Washington Post: Sens. Evan Bayh, Joe Biden Also Under Serious Consideration

- What a laugh! ANYONE that Obama picks as his VP will be MORE QUALIFIED than he is!
And you dumbarse Liberals STILL want to vote for the Democrat candidate that will be picked, not by the American people, but by the (so-called) Democrat Super-Delegates.
Of ALL the candidates that you DUMBOCRATS had to pick from, you picked the MOST UNQUALIFIED!
And, in your delusional world-view, you believe that America will go along with your idiocy.
It is no wonder that all of you Liberal lemmings have been like rabid mongrels; snarling, slobbering and gnashing your teeth at McCain. Your candidate has NOTHING, so you are completely unable to focus on his experience or abilities.
And, with the Democrat Congress'' HISTORICALLY ABYSMAL approval rating, you have nothing to look forward to in November. - Reply to this comment
- Go ahead, pick another liberal Yankee to run with you and see how far you get in the south. That''s real strategic.

- KAINE FOR VP???? THIS WILL BE A BIG ISSUE - IF OBAMA PICKS KAINE- HE IS IN FOR MAJOR PROTESTS AT CONVENTION AND AT CAMPAIGN STOPS. THE GUY IS INEXPERIENCED JUST LIKE BO - AND NO FOREIGN POLICY EXPERIENCE IT WOULD BE A DISASTER FOR THE DEMS. THEY WOULD LOSE THE STUDENT VOTE - GAY VOTE - & MANY WOMAN VOTERS.
Any gay Dem should be sick to their stomach at this pick.
Kaine ran an unnecessary gay-baiting campaign against an even-worse ****-bigot Jerry Kilgore in the Virginia governor''s race, and Kaine has pledged to sign off on an onerous marriage amendment that enshrines bigotry into the state''s constitution.
That said, I''m willing to take the gay-baiting of Kilgore issue off of the table, since it''s noise that''s distracting some people from the larger issue, which is what Kaine represents as the new face of the party.
Kaine is just another Republican-lite clone from a Red state, and that''s where the Dem leadership has indicated it wants to move the party. We are on notice -- homos are going to be tossed overboard -- again -- in search of the elusive win. They haven''t figured out that voters need and want to see a party that has values it actually believes in and is willing to defend --

- That McCain ad that tries to get my vote for him by asking the question "Who can you blame for rising gas prices?" while showing Obama''''s picture in the background with his supporters'''' voices chanting his name JUST aired locally again.
Stupid ad, if you ask me.

How about the ad that says Obama was too busy going to the gym in order to visit the troops while overseas and the video they use in the ad of obama shooting a basketball was taken while he was shooting hoops WITH THE TROOPS
and then McBush comes on talking about "he approves this message"
bwahahahahaha.....oh man McSame''s an idiot.... - Reply to this comment

After eight years of the Bush Administration, why in the world would McCain put an ad out that went out of its way to prove to me that he is JUST ANOTHER G*DD&MNED LIAR?
lollll...I guess McCain has decided that he might as well accept the title of "McSame".
I dunno why anybody would want to be President after this Administration, anyway...taking charge of this country after Bush is going to be like getting given the hotel room a bunch of rock stars just finished a week-long party in...

- CBS..how about instead of speculating on something that doesn''t matter until it actually happens like in the case of VP, you consider actually reporting some investigational real honest to goodness news.
You can clearly see that from the majority of people who post on these blogs that they don''t have much of a clue about what they are talking about.
And most of them are just regurgitating false information that comes from the talking heads (and MCCain tv ads), whose sole purpose is to distort the truth. (in the hopes that nobody will notice what a dishonorable man McCain really and truely is)
Yes, McCain is a veteran, but he has never supported veterans and has shown that he is eager to exploit them in order to score a cheap political point which I find to be dispicable. - Reply to this comment
- Republicons, so hate filled that they have been voting with their heads completely full of hate and self-centeredness since the Confederacy.

Yeah, I''m sure a lot of Confederates voted for Lincoln. Why do you hate African Americans so much that you would like to see them slaves again?? - Reply to this comment
- McCains number one problem, besides the fact that he is proving himself to be a phony: not enough dumbed down white people in the USA to carry him into the white house. Besides

- Thanks to Ronald Reagan, the Bushs and in part Bill Clinton, America is completely depepndent upon foreign oil, has a debt of $10 TRILLION, pays out $600 BILLION per year interest on the debt, now has a HOUSING DEPRESSION, and an economy of CAPITALISTIC SOCIALISM, where the taxpayer must bail out all the corporate criminals when they bankrupt a bank or brokerage house. Republicons, so hate filled that they have been voting with their heads completely full of hate and self-centeredness since the Confederacy.

- Anyone who was voting for Hilary and is now voting for McCain should have their voting rights banned because obviously they are voting for the person and not the policies...
Like the moron in the other story who said she wasn''t voting for Obama because she didn''t like his name....wow...nice to see you put a lot of thought into that vote you simpleton... - Reply to this comment
- It''s universal among republicans that whenever bush''s obviously failed policies are brought up (and there is NO DISPUTING that they are failed)the typical response you will get is name calling, lib this /lib that, blah blah blah, or some other response you would expect from a 3 year old.

- I think Obama could have chosen more wisely. This guy will probably kill some of Obama''s Excitement. This is a golden opportunity for McCain''s VP to upstage Obama''s, if Obama picks this guy. My preferences for McCain''s Vp is Bobby Jindal or Carly Fiorina. I like Jindal''s story. Its always cool when a first generation American achieves high office. He is also only a few years older than me, so there is a generational connection. Fiorina is just an awesome person. She is very smart and has lots of business experience. The fact she is from the private corporate world is a plus in my book. I think either one of these people would be a more exciting VP than Obama''s.

- Hillary suypporters are mostly uneducated over 55 year old woman, too dumb to realize that voting for Hillary or McCain would not have changed a *** thing. Thanks to the centrist poliicies of Hillary or McCain (although McCain is now running as a right winged extremist) American would continue down the same broken path it has been on since 1981.
