The GOP needs to come clean, denounce Bush, Delay and all of the other racketeers that have run the once noble party into the ground.

They call for family values and act in immoral ways. They say support our troops and then send them into battle undermanned, under trained and under equipped.
They call for less government them out spend the Democrats they oppose.

The con men and liars who have ruined the GOP will be washed away in great numbers by the enormous tide of dissatisfaction they have created with the American people this fall.

As the party rebuilds, when they embrace honesty and integrity, when they admit their past sins then and only then will they win back the votes.

I think it would be better for all of us if they all went to hell.

THOMAS JEFFERSON, according to the current predicament that we are in said it best,......"If we run into such debts, as that we must be taxed in our meat and in our drink, in our necessaries and in our comforts, in our labors and our amusements, for our callings and our creeds, as the people of England are, our people, like them, must come to labor sixteen ours in the twenty-four, give the earnings of fifteen of these to the government for their debts and daily expenses; and the sixteenth being insufficient to afford us bread, we must live, as they do now, on oatmeal and potatoes; have no time to think, no means of calling the mismanagers to account; but be glad to obtain subsistence by hiring ourselves to rivet their chains on the necks of our fellow sufferers."

What happened with Newt''s "Contract for America", circa 1994?

That went astray too.

Re-brand their message? Oh I see it was just a big marketing screw up. Oh right. How about becoming honest and start to realize you work for us. Not multinational corporations.

The Republicans in office killed the Republican Party. They all have to own this...it''s not about cushy retirement packages and lifetime health care that never puts them at risk regardless of what they vote for us...it''s not about voting in pay raises within the first month on the job...it''s not about stuffing a few bills with earmarks just to make it look like they''re working hard for a few people...it''s about honoring the party lines and values. Republicans have abandoned all of it. Now they will have to pay the price..but the ones who really take in the azz are the people who took the time to put them in office in the first place. Politicians always land on their feet...this is why term limits and laws that put pay increases back in the hands of the voters need to be in place...but remember who have to pass the bill...the sharks are in charge of the money.

Oh please....they still have their heads so far up their own azzes to make any headway for the next year. They are stupid for not taking the lesson delivered to the democrats in their smack down!! When it comes down to it...this isn''t as much about republican this or democrat that as it is about doing the f***ing job you were elected to do...what ever the party. It''s been one big clusterf*** in Washington for the last 6 years! People are sick of it and they go after the seats that will have the biggest shock value...and that''s nothing compared to November..but if the democrats think they have won a solid hands down win against the republicans, they''d do well to save the victory dance and keep their dam.n noses to the grindstone. No one is safe! The price of gas...illegals still running the show...everything going through the roof in price...jobs down and raises frozen...yeah...party on jokers. Take time to gloat and make fun and you''ll be on the outside looking in soon enough yourselves. Americans are tired of working to keep sluggards and parasites on the payrolls. But politicians are too arrogant to get the message. Voters beware.

They steeped into their own poop and their stink is still pervasive. You reap what you sow. I guess none of those so-called Christian Republicans read their Bible too often.

Reform the Census Bureau???

Oh I get it!

The NEOCONS are trying to GERRYMANDER like in Texas for THEIR BENEFIT and the Census Bureau just WON''T state that ALL the eligible voters exist in NEOCON "gated communities"!

So, the answer is to FIX THE STATISTICS!!!

Like GETTING RID OF THE EXPLODING MONEY SUPPLY DATA!

Like RIGGING INFLATION STATISTICS to make SKYROCKETING GAS PRICES into "DROPS" because of "expected seasonal changes".

Like HIDING the REAL UNEMPLOYMENT by simply NOT COUNTING the people they "disqualify" and ADDING IMAGINARY "small business" hiring.

TOO MANY more examples but maybe WE GET THE REAL TRUTH now.

Seems like the American people, or at least a substantial portion of them, have figured out that the state of this country is a direct result of the Congressional Republicans butt-kissing of GWB for the past seven years.

The time has come for us to pull the handle on this toilet full of useless excrement.

There is NOTHING CONSERVATIVE about EMPIRE BUILDING, WIDENING THE WEALTH GAP and CORRUPTION.

They HAD THEIR CHANCE for "drastic change" that SOME fiscal conservatives might have been able to accept.

The "IMMORAL MAJORITY" was just too busy SHAFTING the PEASANTS to SEE the train-wreck bearing down on them.

They blacklisted and MOCKED their BEST chance - Congressman Ron Paul and EVERYTHING HE WARNED ABOUT is happening.

SPLIT the GOP! When they DIVEST (like Cindy McCain''s genocide "investments")the SELF-INTERESTED, War on the Middle Class PROFITEERS and RETURN to the CONSTITUTION - they MIGHT have a snowball''s chance in HeII.

Until then, GOOD RIDDANCE!

Republicans are also on the endangered species list. We can''t blame this one on Global Warming, though. They did it all by their selves and now that they have dug their sweet little holes, they can lie in them and pull the dirt in afterward. Bye-bye, neo-conservatives, bye-bye.
