RAmen. GOP Senators are by their very definition bought and paid for by monied interests. They''re without any doubt the most financially corrupt party in American history. If they had any real brains though they''d figure out a way to stop one of their most corrupt Senators, McCain, from getting the nomination and turn it over to a mush less corrupt one like Chuck Hagel. then at least they''d stand a little chance of getting a few seats in the congress this November, though The White House would still be far far far beyond their reach. - Reply to this comment

- McCain has a LONG history of doing "favors" for his financial backers. Anyone remember the corrupt "Keating 5"? McCain received $112,000 from Keating and Keating''s relatives and employees, more than any of the other Senators.
McCain has ALWAYS been corrupt. The repugs REALLY know how to pick their leaders! - Reply to this comment
- And Yes, McCain is a bought man, in every aspect

- I think this is a none issue. This happens all the time. You see the government is always looking for wetlands, Forest and grass lands to protect. They would prefer to trade environmentally worthless (Ready for Development) for Environmentally rich (Forest, wetlands, Grasslands) lands. Looking at McCain''s record its obvious he can''t be bought. So he must have been convinced on the merits.

- Anyone who mixes "hot babes" with political discussion, can not be taken seriously. They should be viewd as wanton voyers imagining how Bill and Monica got it on.

- For 7+ years now, every time Bush has done something stupid, his defenders have brought up Clinton''s love life. Bush apologists are about to become McCain apologists, so let''s get started blaming "the last guy" for everything.
I say "McCain gave away federal land to a backer", you say "Bush couldn''t even say ''nuclear''!" - Reply to this comment
- Maybe we could find evidence of this if we could see Cindy''s financial data. But that will NEVER happen. Republicans don''t like prying eyes, after all.

She just bring herself to face the fact that Hillary stood on front of the cameras and flat out knowingly LIED about her trip to Bosnia. It was not a mis-statement or because she was "tired". It was a 100%knowing lie. She also can''t face thew truth that Hillary is just a few more fundraisers from quitting, just as soon as she recovers the money she lent her campaign because not enough people were giving it to her because she was LOSING and has now lost. - Reply to this comment

- Those of you screaming about Tony Rezco ought to be realy irate about this. Obama hasn''t written legislation to benefit Rezco and the house he bought hasn''t cheated the taxpayers.
So let''s get busy and start screaming about this like you all did about Rezco.
By the way, I thought Obama was going to be implicated in the Rezco trial! - Reply to this comment

perceptions5 is one of the many idiots for the GOP on here who actually think that Bush''s phony drawl and "ranch" are real. He''s really nothing more then a stunted child playing cowboys, even though he''s terrified of horse. - Reply to this comment
