If this was an inept article or slander in anyway, why does CBS keep it up on its website. Because everything that state is a fact. It is hard to hide facts. Its harder to cover up the truth. - Reply to this comment
- obama8years,,,, It took snippits from 20 years (sound bites) & spun it totally out of context.... Rev Wright has delivered religion to thousands & has been highly insperational

- J-Whitman - Let me ask you a question.
Would you vote for someone who supports the ISM with Rev Wright? You can answer yes, if you want to. I want critize you. Some people are for Palestine and against Isreal. Mostly the left is. - Reply to this comment

- You would kinda think after all the *** we have had to suffer from the "christian coalition" and the evangelical nut jobs in the Republican Party that Obama would known better than to put a nut job preacher on his staff.

- Hate speech is hate speech. Had Hillary hung out with the "Clan" she would be pulled off stage too. I have no problem with a Black President I just want one worthy of the job and Obama has show himelf to have poor judgement something I thing we are suffering from right now pretty badly. I just don''t feel I trust Obama. I honestly can say I don''t really know who is under that blue suit. How is it racist to want to know who you are voting for? This Wright Rev guy freaks me right out. I don''t want freaky out to lunch preachers having any sway over the president of the USA.

It wouldn''t be news, except that Wright went on National television. He made it news. He wanted it to be news. - Reply to this comment

I was only referring to the number of posts here that are filled with anger and hate. Read them. I''m not an Obama supporter, but I do think this Rev. Wright *** has run its course. It''s not news at this point. I wouldn''t want to be judged by the statements of my pastor.. Oh, wait, I don''t have one. For a reason. I think for myself. Obama''s biggest liability is that he speaks over the heads of the majority of Americans. How else do you explain giving the current moron eight years? - Reply to this comment
- Obama would be better off sticking to his story and ignore Rev Wright. If Obama is disowning Rev Wright, does that mean he is disowning the Black Community. Obama said this. His own words. I think that will be interesting. Obama is in a tough situation.

- Based on your beliefs and based on the way you talk (shout) about your "particular" view of things, can you please let us know in real numbers how many people from your church have been able to develop hope, self-esteem and work towards a way to better their lifes; how many of them have developed a healthy self-esteem? Or Do we just look at your neighboorhood having dozens of people shot up in a week. Did these people go to the Obama Church.

Mr. Obama is only distancing himself from Rev. Wright to get elected! There is not a sincere bone in the man''s body!
To first lie and say he could not more distance himself from Rev. Wright in one breath and then say (after 20 years) I am distancing myself from Rev. Wright so I can get elected, IS NOT A GOOD MAN!
It''s a lie! - Reply to this comment

- leighg1 - Obama would be extradonaire if he had indeed confronted the church and his pastor. But he didnt he tried to hide it from america. Obama did not speak out for 20 years. Now if Obama had spoke out against Rev Wright, and put the races together, I would be the first one in line to vote for Obama.
