Washington Post: While In Jordan, Senator Misstates Which Extremists Are Aided by Iran

Buddy, you have a warped brain.
Read the article.
He made a huge mistake.
When a COUNTRY like the U.S. is at war it is best
for the leaders to know who the enemy is.
To be an "expert" and make blunders on
the claimed area of expertise should be unacceptable.
Obviously, this overwhelms your capacity to comprehend.- Reply to this comment
- BTW papabc & easeup, am I and my family now supposed to feel safe and secure? Typically, people who are absent minded about extremely important issues either get fired or don''t get the job in the first place. I loved my absent minded and senile father but I couldn''t let him drive anymore and he was McSame''s age when he passed away.

- McCain is too old, and he''s a one-issue man -- too much is wrong with this country for this man to be president.

- Okay easeup & papabc, you''re right, I can see how mistakes are easily made. That explains why we invaded Iraq instead of concentrating on Binforgotten. I do understand but I''m not very sympathetic when it comes to needlessly lost lives and an economy sucking war machine.

- well I can see this so called expert on foreign policy sending us to war with australia when he really meant war with austria. Really pathetic to mix up. I guess he doesn''t know who our enemies are. But if you think about it it doesn''t really matter because he will be just another puppet ran by the corporations, no balls, no opinions, no nothing. Because he simply doesn''t know anything about anything.

- I told ya- he has to mark his flip-flops with a "R" and a "L" so he won''t forget which foot to wear them on, didn''t I?

- Um, this is the smartest guy the repubs could come up with? And this was no small error on his part. McBush wants to bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran so bad, he''s fantasizing about it.

- "We continue to be concerned about Iranian taking al-Qaeda into Iran . . "
Later John clarified the statement by saying he didn''t know Al but the Qaeda family would like Al to return home. - Reply to this comment

- John McCain and Joe Lieberman clearly define the extent that we have fallen. Lieberman heads the Northeast Israeli lobby and was elected as an independent based on that reality (no other reason). He and his supporters need to decide which country they should support. McCain reminds me of a sports coach who has been left behind by the very game that he loves. Typically, these individuals are too old, too rigid in beliefs, too out-spoken and combative to judge reality for what it is.

- Do we really need another Bush in office? Say a few lies a few times and people will but it. Scare people and they will buy it. McCain is using the Bush tactics to explain the war. At least McCain made an excuse he said it in error (although he has said several times before and only claimed "error" once he was exposed).
