Iowa is the ultimate swing state. Bush won it by less than 1%. New Hampshire is not a swing state; it used to be reliably Republican bit so many people have moved up from massachusetts it''s now as reliably blue as anywhere.

North Carolina and South Carolina have been reliably red but are chasnging rapidly and NC at least is definitely in play. we are the fastest growing state in the country with huge influxes of both Hispanics and northerners. By the way, Obama leads both Hillary & Edwards here.

How is this a more important story than the article demonstrating that the Bush regime and the U.S. media conspired to fool the country into waging a criminal war of aggression, that has resulted in the deaths of nearly 4,000 U.S. soldiers, around 1 million Iraqis, the loss of our dignity and security, and has virtually bankrupted us?
