Washington Post: Former President Says Wife Will "Deal With The Unexpected" Better Than Her Rivals
- To say Bill Clinton is the best President since FDR is to overlook a lot of history. His non response to terrorist attacks in the 90s led to 9/11. He disgraced and dishonored his office no matter how you try and rationalize it. To say that Hillary is the best to deal with unforeseen circumstances is a joke. He must have forgotten about Rudy. Another joke is Hillary''s idea that once she is elected the price of oil will go down because oil producers will know she is looking for alternative energy. Unbelievable, she so obviously doesn''t understand something as simple as the fact that oil prices are driven by world demand. And the world demand is rising not going down. Nothing the US can do in the foreseeable future is going to change that. Stupid Libs must be dumber than rocks to believe this stuff. Where is all the legislation that Hillary has introduced to solve the problems she talks about. She has not introduced one major piece of legislation in seven years. When are you going to realize that Bush isn''t running for President next year and that the serious problems we face aren''t going away in January 2009.

- Clinton, best president since FDR. What a joke, Im laughing sooooooo hard right now. He almost got Impeached.
Ragan had an 80% approval ratting, ended the cold war and his Vice President won the nomination after he was done.
Maybe the Republicans should nominate Mrs Regan. Hillary wouldn''t stand a chance. hahaha - Reply to this comment
- The plain and simple truth is )and as much as some people hate it) Bill Clinton was the greatest president since FDR. No one else has even come close to him in the modern era. So detractors can spew their poison all they want, but the majority of Americans would gladly vote him back into office if they could and they see voting for Hilliary as a chance to do just that. She is Bobby to his JFK and that''s the danger. Whoever wins the Democratic nominee immediately gets put on Di*ck Cheney''s hit list. He and the people he reports to will have the Democratic nominee assassinated. He will try to have them murdered. He is that low.

- I''m an Edwards/Clark hopeful for 2008, but it really doesn''t matter. Any of the Democratic nominees will hand any of the republican ones their as*s on a silver platter. The only good thing Bush has done for this nation is to fu*ck up the republican party for generations to come.

- Foster had scheduled a private meeting with Bill Clinton for the very next day, July 21, 1993 at which it appeared Foster intended to resign.

You''re still honestly trying to say the Clinton''s had Foster murdered?

You Republicans have had your heads up your butts for 7 years of bush leadership, and you think you know what a leader should look like.. What bunch of jerks.. Your just afraid to have a women in the White House.. Hillary is the most qualified person for the job, and I think she''ll win it.. people like you that bring up Bill, might wanna bring up the lack of armor on the Humvies, or the lack of flack jackets.. How many of our young men & women gave up their lives because of the "We go to war with what we have"=Rumsfield.. You stand in quicksand & your party is sinking fast.. What type of Leadership allows the "decider" to allow the enemy to keep their weapons, and then put his Army in the center of their city.. AND THEN SAY... HERE"S SOMEMORE WEAPONS.. Your boy did that.. What a idgit.. I wonder how many of our soldiers were shot in the back.. Swim down there with the slugs all you want, but We Americans want change, and Hillary will bring it.. no matter what you say.. - Reply to this comment
- Rob-is-right, you have to excuse those brainless far left idiots. They have their constitutional right to be hypocritical about claiming Bush is a chicken-hawk, yet excusing Hillary.
I guess their point is, they don''t think ahead about those situations where war is NECESSARY.
And, to think all these years the chamberlin genes were gone. - Reply to this comment
- You stupid people out there who would vote for ''''Hitlery'''' Clinton have really gotten your wires crossed! Guess we should just welcome Monica back to the White House and give HillBilly a new box of cigars? Ya think?...you bunch of idiotic losers!!

Let them waste their votes. It will be quite comical to see the seething, scathing anger when she loses. - Reply to this comment
- Fact is, she never acts without consulting a recent poll. Something that isn''''''''t exactly a leadership trait.
So, don''''''''t be bashful, speakup !

Excellent points SPEAKINUP. I hope she gets the nomination as well so Giuliani can crush her.
She buffalo''d idiots into thinking she was the "End all - Be all" fix for Socialized medicine. She fell flat on her face. HAHAHAHA. - Reply to this comment
- Hillary is a farce. Bill was elected promising universal health care. The Congress was democratic. Eighty percent of the public was behind it. The economy could easily support it. Yet her program was 1000% failure. She had another 6 years to try to revive it. Nothing happened. Can anybody actually be that incompetent? Let''s hear the excuse for 8 years of failure on her supposed pet program - when her husband was the president no less. Now there''s an election, she''s promising you healthcare again just like Bill did - with an unworkable mandatory plan to force down people''s throats - a windfall to the insurance lobbies that fund her. The theory is that if you can fool them once, you can always fool them. As Geffen says, "the Clintons lie with such ease, it''s troubling". and the NY Times'' William Safire called her a "congenital liar". Hillary flunked healthcare. She flunked Iraq. She flunked Iran. She even flunked the Washington bar exam twice, and is a serial failure as a housewife. That''s her record - her so-called experience. What a hoax. She cannot even take care of her household, but wants to be your president, and leader of the free world. The American people are not that stupid. Bill Clinton is a huge security risk to the USA as he is susceptible to anything that comes along in a skirt. We need intelligent and honest leadership. Obama is a brilliant and visionary leader with a powerful brain.

- The difference in ''class'' between the Bushes and Clintons? I don''t recall George H.W. Bush campaigning for his son. Bill desperately wants back in the whitehouse.

- jamurphy4 - go ahead, play the *** card! I don''t care if she was a she-male. Fact of the matter is, she''s NOT A LEADER.
It is a great source of amusement to me that Bill can be trusted by ANYONE to tell the truth.
Frankly, as a Republican, I hope Hillary wins the Democratic nomination. Iraq is no longer the crutch she had hoped would get her into office. She will be forced to run on her own ''''merits''''.
So, would you far left liberals please enumerate them for us ?
Or, perhaps you''''d like me to start out by asking the question... Just what has she done to show she is a leader in the Senate ?
Or, what about that wonderful showing when she tried to come up with a new medical plan for the US ?
Can you name ONE thing she has done as a LEADER ?
Fact is, she never acts without consulting a recent poll. Something that isn''''t exactly a leadership trait.

Your boy bush has brought America to the gutter where you seem to dwell.. Hillary Clinton will make a great President, and get America back on track to being a great Country, that is respected around the World..
