Klingon69: In answer to your question--yes, he is in custody. I think those of us who aren''t politicians need to focus on making the system honest, rather than allowing the corrupt designs of the parties to divide us.

As long as special interests fund campaigns and succeed in keeping us pointing fingers at one another, they can keep feeding at the trough. I think there are elected officials in both parties who are honorable, but the bad apples--and the campaign funding circus--taint politics as a whole.

It''s time for citizens to demand an end to government for sale to the highest bidder!

The Supreme Court decision that limiting political contributions denies free speech is self-serving and ludicrous. The current political fund-raising system supports a political and business culture of corruption. If all campaigns were on an even funding level, the rest of us might have a chance to decide on merit instead of whose money can shout the loudest. As it is, the corporate fat cats line up to fill the trough, expecting that they''ll feed at taxpayer''s expense later.

Why does the article call him an ex-fugitive, have they caught him, was he pardoned, what?

The Clinton campaign stood by Hsu until the Los Angeles Times reported his outstanding arrest warrant. At that point, the campaign reversed course, announcing it would donate to charity the $23,000 in direct contributions Hsu made to Clinton''s presidential campaign, her Senate reelection and her political action committee. The campaign did not plan to return any money Hsu raised from other donors.
Hmmm, well, how was the other money collected? Was it stolen from citizens like his donation? Where is the posters who were saying that she didn''t know his background...c''mon, what ya gotta say?
