Of all the ads on tv, it is the liberals that should issue a huge thank you to Sarah Palin. She, more than any other factor besides the economy, ensured that millions would take a chance on a President of color rather than rest the country''s potential fate on an airhead who thought she knew about the world due to the view from her porch.

"Sitting here in these chairs that I%u2018m going to be proposing but in working with these governors who again on the front lines are forced to and it%u2019s our privileged obligation to find solutions to the challenges facing our own states every day being held accountable, not being just one of many just casting votes or voting present every once in a while, we don%u2019t get away with that. We have to balance budgets and we%u2019re dealing with multibillion dollar budgets and tens of thousands of employees in our organizations." Palin recent quote at the Republican Governor''s Convention.

I, as a Dem, want to thank Palin for being on McCain''s failing ticket because she was the gift that kept on giving. Due to the fact that she was interviewed by Gibson, and more importantly by Couric, Palin was able to convey her total lack of general knowledge, her inability to construct a concise and proper sentence and her complete lack of intellect. For this, and her absolutely nonsensical views on abortion, environment, creation, and religion, I can''t thank her enough. She spoke her ridiculous views [in a version of the English language that only she can understand] and perhaps less than 1/4 of our country [thank God] bought into her hate-filled, evil, vile and divisive words. With views like hers, had she and McCain been elected, our country would already be in free-fall toward total failure.

So yes, by all means, tell Palin thanks and ask her to keep up the work she started because if she continues on her failed course, Obama and another Dem in 2016 and 2020 could most definitely win POTUS. For all her contemptible efforts to tear down Obama, she gave us the greatest gift in many years; she handed Obama to us on a silver platter.

"Also, anyone who has a strong faith scares the heck out of the left."

Oh, you mean the strong faith that your candidate McCain showed? The strong faith that Palin has while she''s speaking in tongues? That strong faith?

Good of the country / own personal ambition...whatever you need to convince yourself of, chief.

Because Palin hasn''t read very much, JOE THE DUMBER is writing a book she promises to read. It will be written on toilet paper so it can be deposed of quickly

I love that the ad starts off with a nice roasted turkey and came out out a day after the turkey pardoning fiasco.

xO4urZ you gotta stop watching fox news! We''re not whining, we''re laughing so hard we''re practically peeing in our pants! We encourage Sarah to run again because we love the Saturday Night Live skits and we love an easy win. Oh, and just for the record because I think that you and Fox are too ignorant to understand, voting "Present" is the same as a "No" vote. Only "Yes" votes count. Might be a bit too sophisticated for the Fox crowd though...

Also, maybe if they stopped watching the liberal media and start doing some research, they''ll realize that Sarah has more experience than Obama and she''s actually accomplished stuff as governor not just vote "present". Pleasee you democrats make me laugh. You whineyy liberals, the only people who can stand you guys are yourselves. Stop b*tching and be happy that you took part in helping ruin our country for the next 4 years

Yes, Sarah, THANK YOU SO MUCH for convincing me and the majority of voters that we made the right choice by electing Barak Obama!

Now please return to banning books, condemning non-Christians, claiming that the earth popped into existence sometime in the last few thousand years, forbidding reproductive education, and all of the other nut-case views that will keep the Republican party in the minority for years to come.
