- You a spresing misinformation. Phil Graham led the charge for deregulation. The Bush administration had the Secretary f the Treasury and the oversight of the Fed board for 7 1/2 years. so how does this equal the Dems being responsible for the abuses that led to the $700 bailout?

Bullchit man! I know my facts, and am not speading anything false!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community_Reinvestment_Act It was Democrat Carter in 1977 and the expansion into Fannie and Freddie by Clinton in 1992 and the Bank Rating system created by Clinton that judged Banks by their total of minority loans.
It was Barney Frank that put his gay lover into a sweetheart job at Fannie and he that denied any problems later. In fact he was emphatic about it. It was John McCain (sorry) that tried to alert that there was a problem. - Reply to this comment

- ElectionXXX08: Oh, yeah, it''s both Democrats and Republicans, you''re blaming both, but you''re going to vote Republican. Seems to me the only people you were thumping on were Obama, Hillary Clinton and John Kerry, but it''s both Democrats and Republicans. Right.

No comment. All I have stated in this thread is a belief that this government has managed to corrupt itself and is not working for us. I have said that it is both Dems and Reps. I may be wrong but at least I stated why I thought Obama was a liar and a thief. My vote will be for McCain/Palin or it will be a no-vote, but it will not be for ''The One'' - sorry to bother you guys. c ya - Reply to this comment
- What a sheep! Of course they are going to hide it. (eye roll) The fact that Democrats tried to push it through without gathering Republicans for the vote didnt alert you?....What if that was an abortion vote?

ElectionXX08: The fact of the matter is, there was money to rescue families from foreclosure that included funds for homeownership counseling. Homeownership counseling is one of the services that Acorn provides, as do many other organizations. There was no money earmarked for Acorn specifically and, in fact, no money HAD to go to Acorn.
Once again, I''m astounded that we can spent $275 million a day on the Iraq war but by God we''d better not spend a dime on Americans.
Now excuse me, I''ve got to go, it''s nearly shearing time, it''ll be here in about 11 days.
Oh, and as to your last question, that would depend entirely on who was being aborted. - Reply to this comment

Senator Obama has taken the highroad in this campaign. If he wanted to be as nasty as Senator McCain, he could legitmately hammer him on his past adultery, participation in Tailhook conventions, being a member of the Keating Five, etc. However, he has cosen to ignore these misdeeds to focus on policies and McCain;s self-proclaimed support of the Bush administration. - Reply to this comment
