Tina Fey summoned Palin up better than a Washington analyst.

Fox News Channel put Carl Cameron on the air to report on allegations of cronyism by Sarah Palin while she was Mayor of Wasila and Governor of Alaska. While the true definition of cronyism means partiality to long- time friends especialy appointing them to positions of authority, Mr. Cameron redefined the word and created a twisted definition to say that since the people Palin hired were not government insiders they were not cronis. The average viewer will not take the time to look-up the true definition of crony and accept Cameron''s distortion. Camerons reported that Palin has hired long-time friends and FNC reported that she even hired a woman with no prior experience or education to run the Alaska department of Agriculture in part because the woman "loved cows." Palin has engaged in cronism by the true definition and the facts reported by Cameron.

I counted four negative-Obama stories just now on CNN''s News Update list. The media is manipulating the "story" because drama sells ad space. I don''t care what the media says, I am voting for Obama, I am sending him money ever paycheck, and I will vote early by absentee ballot, then work on election day to get out the Obama vote. We can''t afford McCain/Palin!

I hope American voters look at real facts and issues. The Iraq war is going to cost us nearly $3 trillion in longterm costs. Our budget deficit is $400 billion and our national debt is going to increase $800 billion for fiscal 2008. Our national debt has increased to $9.5 trillion and will be nearly $11 trillion by the time Bush prepares his last budget.

No country can sustain this level of debt and still maintain its standard of living. We can expect inflation and stagnant economic growth. As we look out towards 2015 we have nothing but an ocean of red ink with deficits around $400 to $500 billion for many years. The Bush Administration is responsible for this fiscal holocaust. Anyone who votes for the McCain-Palin ticket is an uninformed and ignorant of the horrible damage done to our country''s future. Vote for Obama-Biden and get the benefit of competent government.

Well, if it is the message then how come McCain/Palin are losing ground in the polls down to 1.6 percent. As the economy sours more the message will be Democrats help us out and protect us from the borrow and spend Republicans.

God it is still to early to say things like this but it is funny to try.

The funny thing about all this is that Sarah Palin, mom, wife, mayor, small town America, is more ready than Obama. Her interview with Charles Gibson proved that she''s no pushover and she can go on camera unscripted and present her case as well if not better than Obama after flitting around the country for the past two years. She''s a hardworker and a person that is more in touch with mainstreet. Obama has to realize at this point that it''s MCCAIN he''s running against.
