The Republicans are so used to fooling and controlling the American people and getting them to pull all the right levers like trained squirrels. Sarah is just their latest Pavlovian yum yum. It appears once again that they are getting precisely the conditioned response they want.

Palin''s speech instilled Dems with fear and an impending sense of doom, which will help them prepare mentally for election results.

This just in: Oprah has refused to allow Palin on her show. Apparently, Palin isn''t black enough.

The big question here is if the media is going to bow to pressure here like they did with WMD''s prior to the invasion of Iraq. Palin being competent enough to be a heart beat away from the presidency is about as big a lie as that was.

Message asked for 50 dollars to star with
after McWar''s speech - for 25.
Yes, we need to support, so I donated both times.

If McWar wants to chnage the rows in WH, fine, we also can do that, but there is NOTHING close to CHNAGE country needs to change the life of Americans.
Also, NO ONE other delegate there did not even mention Change.
Seems, they discovered just from Media, that" now they are running for change."

Do not fool the nation.
You and Your Pit Bull same way are in charge for Bully Bush''s policy.
NO WAY
NO HOW
NO McWar
NO Pit Bull

The Dims are extremely divided because of the harsh primary campaigns. I think there will be more defections from the Dims than the Repugs.

Obama''s resume is too thin to critique Palin for hers. Biden''s choice for Dim VP excited absolutely no one except Karl Rove and the neocons because it provided exactly the opening they needed to literally force McCain to accept Palin under a threat of a neocon walk-out at the convention.

In a close race the Dims will lose again thanks to the flawed tactics of the Dukakis-Dean-Kerry loser wing of the party calling the strategic shots - they are proven losers who hate the Clintons because they were winners. Not to mention that the repugs control voting machines in key battleground states- that''s worth 3 or 4% of the vote right there!

I hate everything about the Republican Party except that they are pro-life and I know my kids aren''t going to be taught in public schools that gay marriage is normal, o.k., and a national law. So I''m willing to materially suffer under their greed. I''d rather be poor then vote for abortion. Killing babies is NOT a choice. It is murder, just like pointing a gun at someone and pulling the trigger. Period.

*** tooting the Democrats are re-energized!

Change change change that is what I heard during the recent Republican convention .. The Republicans talk about change in Washington, DC. They seem to forget that they were the party in power for the last 8 years.

What hypocrisy! Yes we need change that is why I am voting for Obama!

Wow!!! You DEMOCRATS are petrified of SARAH PALIN. Try with all you have left to break her down, but we''ll see her in the white house.
I''ll check in to hear your opinion on November 5th.

McCain must feel as if he can not win without embracing the fear and smear tactics of Bush/Rove. His convention speakers have mislead, insulted, mocked and demeaned the opposite party. These tactics appeal to the very worst in human nature, and unfortunately it has worked in years past. Will it work this time? It depends on how many Americans are able to see through it and think for themselves.

I''m a pretty typical moderate, now Indepenent voter. I''ve contributed twice just this week to Obama''s campaign after watching the Republican convention. Palin''s hateful speech sealed the deal. Obama/Biden 08

I''m extremely insulted that McShame thinks I should vote for him just because he put a woman on his ticket. And shoot, for that matter he could have picked a better qualified woman to begin with. He should have gotten Condi Rice to run for VP. I might have given them one tiny bit of consideration.

It certainly rallied the Bob Barr supporters.

When McCain talked about corruption in the Republican party, many of us agreed. The funny part was watching Palin look less than enthusiastic about this, knowing that she faces charges as Governor.

Many of the people caught in Republican corruption scandals were present at the Republican Convention, which made for many Bob Barr supporters agree that McCain is every bit as dishonest as Cheney.

McClone''s appointment of the Bush Barbie is so reckless, so mindless, that we believe more than ever than defeating the Republicans is crucial to keeping our freedom.

Fake change is worse than no change, and that''s what McClone and the Bush Barbie offer.

Obama ''08!

In general the wave has started against the community organizer cracks, Reportedly even Republican Community Organizers and Volunteers were offended by the comments Wednesday. I do believe the best thing we can do is elect Obama/Biden so Senator McCain gets the opportunity to become the community organizer he indicated he aspired to be in his speech last night.
