- Oohhhh...John McCains wife thinks it is okay to murder babies. Of course, John feels the same way, but he has to suck up to the far-right for the time being.

- McSame is going to wish he vetted her.
In a February interview with MTV, Alaska Governor Sarah Palin lavished praise on maverick Republican presidential contender Ron Paul.
She had a few nice things to say about another GOP candidate, Mitt Romney. But Palin made no mention of John McCain.
By the way she showed better judgement than McCain did supporting her. Ron Paul is 10 times the man McShame ever will be. - Reply to this comment
- Whats with the freaky outfits Cindy has been sporting? Does she think she''s still young? That crazy yellow number she was wearing the other night with absurd collars made her look like a cross between Count Chocula and Goldmember. Yikes.

- Wait till America finds out the Cindy had an abortion before she and John met - it was the 70''''s early 80''''s and they were fanatics back then and rich to boot.

- The only way to put this issue behind us is to rescind Roe v. Wade or pass a constitutional amendment for right to life or both. But its like McCain said, neither of those is going to happen until more people in the United States agree that''s where we want to go.
And we don''t agree. And until we do agree, one way or the other, Roe v. Wade is a serviceable compromise.
But by all means, keep working for you''re point of view. And so will we on the pro-choice side. - Reply to this comment

- Thank you McCain for making this thing interesting. You could have gone with boring Pawlenty or Romney. And it would be the same scripted election as the others...new, exciting, change on the left and consistent, boring, sameness on the right. But this is a gamechanger. Wait, the republicans are young, attractive, and extremists?

- "I truly believe it would heal this nation greatly if we could just put this one issue to rest permanently."
So why can''t we put this to rest? Because without the right to life, no other right matters. This is the most basic right, coming before liberty and happiness. - Reply to this comment
- im4honesty: I''m with you. Control is really the issue here. I do not have a problem with Palin''s daughter being pregnant. It happens in the best and worst of families. I think it is very brave of her daughter to keep the child and that is what pro-choice really is all about...choice. I am anti-abortion - would never have one - but I truly am not so controlling or arrogant to believe I should be able to make the same decision for anyone else. We would be no better than communists or the Taliban if we did. I also agree with Obama on the issue that families (especially children) are off limits when it comes to politics. You can be the best of parents, instilling the best qualities in your kids, but raising kids, at times, can be a crapshoot. If you could take away this pro-life/pro-choice issue then you would probably take away the crazies, people who believe they can lord over and control what other people do with their lives - something that is truly not the principles our forefathers built this great nation upon. I truly believe it would heal this nation greatly if we could just put this one issue to rest permanently.

- America needs to stop talking about ''pro-choice'' and ''pro-life''. The fact is this is an issue of control. To those who believe abortion is wrong it''s a no-brainer... DON''T GET ONE!! You do not, however, have the right to tell others they must believe the way you believe. What would your next crusade be if your won the abortion fight? Would you then want to make homosexuality illegal, because you don''t believe in it.
Would you follow one topic to another until people are arrested for eating fried food?
That is the mindset of the TAliban. You people are just as crazy!! - Reply to this comment
