This is a national disgrace! Lack of parental judgement and morals, lack of parental involvement, lack of family values, and finally utter lack of JUDGEMENT by a would-be President.

Funny thing, Bristol Palin is just about the same age that Stanley Ann Dunham was when she conceived Obama out of wedlock.

The difference is that the Palin kid will actually KNOW his father rather than only "dreaming" about him as Obama does.

Republicans have an obscure, distorted, and somewhat perverse view on ***.
Healthy and natural conversation about sexual education is confused by dissimilar and inconsistent religious interpretation and of course hypocritical actions.

It is a shame anytime a teenage girl gets pregnant. While it is normally nobody''s biz but the families, I want to know if Sarah Palin really feels that we should not educate our children on birthcontrol? Does she think we should just tell them to not do it? How''d that work for her? In California, there is comprehensive *** education & teen pregnancies are down 30%, in Texas there is abstinence only & pregnancies are only down 19 & the population of California is a lot larger. Are we really doing our teenagers a favor by pretending *** doesn''t exist until your married???? Palin''s views and actions regarding *** ed, birthcontrol & how we take care of teenagers who are pregnant & don''t have parental support is OUR business.

Stop picking on the person? But ''the Obama girls are Brats'', that''s OK?

As far as Cheney, He has done way too much (harm), and I''ve seen and heard more than enough the Haliburton Hooligan.

Why do you hate America so much?

It has been Richard Cheney%u2019s plan to attack Saddam Hussein since he served in the Reagan Administration. Richard Cheney invoked the military conflict between Israel and Hamas and recently incited military actions between Russia and the former Soviet Georgia.

Richard Cheney is an OILMAN and has promoted an OIL AGENDA just like Sarah Palin will do because she is also under the thumb of the Oil Industry in Alsaka.

It is very clear that Sarah Palin is an irresponsible mother, let alone a hard right wing bible thumping hypocrite.

The following is very convincing evidence that the daughter is INDEED Trig''s mother - NOT Sarah Palin.

The key is to look at the dates, and sister Piper''s maturity in the family portraits.
Piper''s maturity is key, because it demonstrates that the picture (with the baby bump on sis) was taken in 2007, NOT 2006. An actual shot of the family in 2006 shows a SIGNIFICANTLY YOUNGER sister Piper.

As the blogger puts it,

"Are you kidding me? This is unreal. Kids don%u2019t grow backwards, not even in Alaska."

WHY DON''T ALL OF YOU SUSPECTING, UNFORGIVING PEOPLE GET A LIFE.
I BELIEVE SHE HAD THE DOWN SYNDROME BABY, MY SISTER IN LAW HAD ONE ABOUT THE SAME AGE AS THE GOV IS AND WE SHOULD BE FORGIVING AND NOT JUDGEMENTAL IN THIS COUNTRY.

Well, Bristol Palin looks like she just had a baby and Sarah Palin doesn''t. Sarah Palin didn''t look pregnant before or after the baby. Her daughter did. Is this the fake pregnancy to dismiss that real mysterious pregnancy which ended up with 8-month-out-of-school and a down-syndrome baby? Hmm, down-syndrome. The daddy looks spooky to me alright.

Now that Sarah Palin''s fake pregnancy is in the process of being exposed, she needed a way to defuse the attention, and this is perhaps the best story anyone could''ve come up with. They''ve asked for Bristol''s privacy and will do everything possible to keep her out of the public eye. Meanwhile, they only need to keep this story going for another two months before the election is said and done. Sometime shortly thereafter (or perhaps before), Bristol Palin will be reported as having had a miscarriage. This supposed pregnancy will not result in a birth.

Anyhow, there is a good chance that the truth will emerge in the next few weeks. However, this is a clever ploy to keep the ruse going as long as possible.

" In these uncertain times following 8 years of gross mismanagement by Bush/Cheney, Palin and McCain must be rejected if the United States of America is to retain its economic strength, and its self-respect in the world at large."

Very well said. You are more generous than I am; I have a very short fuse for the kinds of lies that Palin is trying to push on us.

Apparently abstinence education failed not once, but twice with her own daughter - regardless of the extreme efforts to cover it up.

The issue for voters is not the very personal problems being faced by the Palin family. The real problem is that we don''t know Palin at all, and apparently neither does McCain. His decision to go along with this candidate speaks worlds about McCain''s poor judgment. Palin has not been thoroughly vetted and this is a serious error for McCain to have made. The Palin ploy is a hard shift to the extreme right of the Republican Party Is this the best they could do-- the lightweight, anti-choice, creationist, anti-environment, pro-oil candidate who won her limited fame on right-wing talk shows? In these uncertain times following 8 years of gross mismanagement by Bush/Cheney, Palin and McCain must be rejected if the United States of America is to retain its economic strength, and its self-respect in the world at large.
