The guy does the gracious thing and all the Obama supporters dump on him. As I thought Obama supporters have no class at all. They will never compromise just as Obama will never unite the country. McCain has a history of reaching out to the opposition. Obviously he has wasted his time.

McComa has a lot of experience: He has experience voting against a national holiday for MLK; he attempted to have the Arizona legislature pass a bill to NOT recognize the MLK Holiday; he voted against a bill GI Bill for Iraq veterans; he voted against offshore drilling, now he votes for it; he voted against equal pay for women; he voted against having heath care providers giving birth control pills for women, all the same time he was dropping Viagra.

McComa is a BIG PHONY.

McCain is pathetic. McCain''s campaign is hiding behind attack ads and innuendo. And McCain''s campaign is take right out of Rove''s hat of political stunts....and there is just no substance to McCain''s positions because they have shifted since becoming Candidate McCain, not the "maverick" that McCain likes to claim being as a senator. I''m glad that Biden pointed out the inconsistencies and wrong positions that McCain held and is now proving to be wrong. McCain is just another Bush policy hack and would continue Bush''s policies. There is no hopeful vision that the Republicans can offer...just more fear and loathing and misery for working-class Americans.

Remember why McCain voted against the MLK date. It was money.

Pure BS. Even if true, which it is not, that does not explain his efforts to have the Arizona Legislature pass a resolution that Arizona would not observe the MLK holiday - AFTER IT BECAME THE LAW OF THE LAND.

Remember why McCain voted against the MLK date. It was money. He wanted a holiday dropped so the government would not lose money. That is the only reason and later he admitted the mistake. He did the same thing recently with the veterans bill. It was too much money the Dems were handing out with no offset. So who would like looking after taxpayer money, the Dems who throw it out like water or McCain who looks after it?
