Quoting from the article above, Mitchell said on the program that some in the Obama campaign were suggesting "that McCain may not have been in the cone of silence and may have had some ability to overhear what the questions were to Obama."

That quote of Mitchell is factually true. What does McBush have to complain about? He absolutely did have some ability to know what the questions were to Obama. His team was able to use a phone, blackberry or laptop to know what the questions were to Obama. The only question is did he use that ability. Since the McBush had no problem telling Rick Warren and the American people a lie as he sat in the church, about trying to listen at the wall, why would we believe that he didn''t listen at the laptop instead?

They protest too much, as hypocrites tend to do when they get caught. He can go to rehab and come out a 100% heterosexual, monogamist, sober, truth-telling American.

I%u2019m not surprise by the number of individuals that believe that McCain had previous knowledge of the questions, and or Obama%u2019s answers. Nor would I be surprised that the Obama supporters would be saying that Obama kick McCain%u2019s six, if this alleged cheating scandal wasn%u2019t a hot topic.

The only reason it is, is the poor performance in the answers from Obama.

It is a known fact that both candidates%u2019 was privy to some of the tougher questions that were going to be ask.

From what I seen of the forum Saturday night, one studied the questions %u2013 the other one didn%u2019t!

One was pandering to both sides of the isles, trying to squeeze that last vote to his side and had no conviction or believes even in his own answers.

Whereas the other candidate wasn%u2019t concern about losing a vote and fully believed from his heart and bear it to the world.
If I was a strict%u2026by-the-book- democrat. I too would have been serious embarrassed by my candidates answers.

As it is, I%u2019m an independent voter and now I know whom I%u2019m voting for.

The bottom line is that McBush lied about being unable to hear the questioning. He may not have taken advantage of the opportunity to listen in, but he had the opportunity. He admitted trying to hear. He has a cell phone. His limo has a radio and phone. His aides carry blackberries, phones and laptops. The fact that once he arrived at the church, the room had no feed did nothing to prevent his listening and preparing answers. Did he listen? We could ask him, but he already proved that he was willing to lie about access to the information. He admits trying to hear, so why should we believe what he says about using the access he already lied about?

Could you get a top security job with the FBI or CIA if you said you had used illegal drugs ????

Would you give a man the job when he has been absent from his last job 65% of the time. Or hasn''t come to work in the last 4 months and has shown up for work 1 time in the last 5 months.

Or worry about an employee that did drugs 30 years ago while he was a teenager.

Prepare for a full-press propaganda kabuki theater by our "American" media for the rest of the "horse race". They are all shills for the neocons. There is NO WAY that McInane could have provided the cogent and focused answers to Warren''s questions without copious pre-debate coaching. We KNOW that this type of outrageous coaching has been used extensively before by the neo-cons- specifically for the immensely powerful positions of Supreme Court justices and for Cabinet and Justice positions.
This is treason to the nation, and we are the ultimate victims of this media/neo-con collusion. If you want truthful debates, demand ones run by the League of Women Voters or Common Cause- not by the media and evangelical shills.

Should bush be president since he''s an alcoholic and responded to questions about doing cocaine with a wink, a smile and "I won''t discuss that, it''s history?" Is hypocrisy the better choice? At least Obama isn''t a lying SOB who says, "I didn''t inhale."

The reason the Evangelicals don''t like John McCain is that he essentially attached Rick Warren%u2019s credibility by misleading Pastor Warren and the electorate letting us think he was in a %u2018cone of silence%u2019. Although McCain probably wasn%u2019t listening, I can assure you his aids were as all understand what%u2019s at stake in this election. Does anyone really believe that no one from McCain%u2019s staff was listening to Obama%u2019s answers. You must be kidding. He was answering the questions before they were asked. I think we have a credibility issue here and if ABC and CBS don%u2019t believe this issue is important enough to cover, they should continue to allow MSNBC, CNN and CSPAN and other credible news organizations to cover it.
