Why, Rufis, you''ve made the case in your above message that she has NOT complained about sexism on many occasions when, according to you, she could have. Good for you, Rufis ! You''re starting to see a little more clearly. - Reply to this comment
- HILLARY HAS RUN HER CAMPAIGN ON SEXISM. Vote for her because she''s a woman.

That is absolutely a LIE, txgrouch. She has done no such thing. She has run her campaign on her policies, her experience, and her competence.
At the same time, I can agree that there probably are some people (I don''t know how many and neither do you) who have voted for her in part because she is a woman. Living with the insults of the sexism imbedded in our culture will do that to you.
But I think MOST people have voted for her either because they like her and think she''d make the best Pres., or because they don''t like Obama or don''t think he has the qualities necessary to be a good Pres. - Reply to this comment

Don''t worry your pretty little head about it, sweetie. Hillary is history. IT''S DEPENDS ON WHAT THE MEANING OF WAS, WAS! - Reply to this comment
- When Bill Clinton came to the White House in1993, Democrats were a congressional majority, with 258 seats in the House. When he left in 2001, they were a minority with 46 fewer seats. There were 30 Democratic governors, when he arrived, 21 eight years later.
A recent ABC News/Washington Post poll found nearly 60 percent of voters think Clinton is dishonest and will lie whenever she thinks she needs to. - Reply to this comment
- HILLARY COMPLAINS OF SEXISM
WHERE DID THE SEXISM ORIGINATE? IN THE HILLARY CAMP!
One of her main supporters, James Carville , inferred she has "cojones.%u201D She did not complain then. She compared herself to Rocky Balboa, she found nothing wrong with that;. She called herself Paulette Revere; nothing wrong with that. When one of her own supporters referred to her %u201Ctesticular fortitude, she stood right behind him and grinned like a Cheshire cat.%u201D At a speech she gave a Wellesley College she boasted of %u201Cbeing used to taking on the boys.%u201C On commenting about the debates: %u201CWhy do I always get the first question?%u201D
SEEMS SHE PROTESTS TOO MUCH. - Reply to this comment
- It is UTTER HYPOCRISY for anyone to complain that Hillary has suffered from sexism.
HILLARY HAS RUN HER CAMPAIGN ON SEXISM. Vote for her because she''s a woman.
But then, UTTER HYPOCRISY is what we''ve come to expect from Hillary. - Reply to this comment

RUFIS - You still have not responded with any evidence of when and where Hillary has ever complained about sexism in this race. I didn''t think you could, because she hasn''t. So quit lying ! - Reply to this comment

Howard Dean, the Chairman of the Democratic National Committee said today that there had been too much sexism in the Dem. primary campaign.

He meant, too much sexism FOR Hillary by women voters voting for her just becuase she''s a woman.

No, that is NOT what he meant. He meant denigration of Hillary, her words, and actions because she is a woman. He meant the holding of a woman to a different and higher standard than a man. I saw his comments in context and this is what he meant. Sexism is pervasive - and unacceptable. - Reply to this comment
