Max00110,

Read my lips: America wasn''t ready for Geraldine Ferraro in 1984; and , America is NOT ready for lil'' missy in 2008 either. We are at war in two hotspots around the world!!!! America doesn''t need a lil'' woman donning an apron and baking a batch of brownies for terrorist enemies--America needs a MAN with a strong and steady hand. It''s as simple as that. Somewhere in NY a neglected kitchen stove is missing a woman''s touch.

tucanofulano,

Your comment that the race isn''t over until the Fat Lady sings is understandable, but as PA. prepares to vote I see the Fat Lady moving toward the microphone. Somewhere in NY a lonely kitchen stove is in need of a woman''s touch.

Mr. Leahy ran and lost. So who is he to give advice to anyone at all?
IT AIN''T OVER TILL AFTER THE LADY SINGS.

Senator Obama will never win the presidency of these great United States.

The greater wisdom of the majority will override the foolishness of the minority in exposing the "wolf in sheeps clothing".

Make no mistake about it, the light always shines on the darkness.

Dear Jochh,

I plainly share your point of view below. Yes Hillary cannot win this nomination. Not a Commander in Chief, she is a Day One lier.

WHY CLINTON CANNOT WIN

Hillary Clintons lack of transparency, hiding the dubious sources of her funding by refusing to release her tax returns, her repeated lies about experience (misspeaking is one thing, repeating it over and over makes it a FLAT LIE ), negative campaigning, telling outright lies about her role in NAFTA, trying to change the rules as you go along. Thinking she had the nomination in hand as soon as she said I am running for President, like she was entitled to it and her attempts to inject race into the campaign have given voters a negative albeit accurate view of her.
She is willing to try to steal the nomination from Obama knowing full well that to overturn the will of the voters would seriously hurt the Democrat Party and cost us the election.

Senator Leahy''s statement is a reflection of his parents neglect to teach him any manners. His commentary was in such bad taste.

So.

I am not sure why Senator Leahy would make such a statement or why he should concern himself with a convention which is so far in the future (for him).

Chances are the Senator may not make it to the convention, what is he, 90 years old? I think the Senator would have something better to do, like go make funeral arrangements or have a will to do. Instead his chooses to pose for pictures which confused me into thinking I was looking at the mummified remains of Ramses.

jockh,
I have seen these exact posts before in other comment sections. You must be an assigned Obama supporter who saves these posts on your computer so you can post over and over to disrupt the normal conversations of others that may not favor your candidate. Very immature. But then, so is your candidate.

PEOPLE WITH NOTHING TO HIDE DONT USUALLY HIDE !!

Why wont Hillary release her tax returns? If Hillary can loan 5 million dollars to her campaign then surely the voters have a right to know the source of her funding.

The main excuse we''''ve gotten so far is that Hillary Clinton just has too much on her plate. "I''''m a little busy right now," she said during the Ohio debate. "I hardly have time to sleep. But I will certainly work toward releasing, and we will get that done and in the public domain."
That was three weeks ago. Two weeks ago, Howard Wolfson promised the returns would be released "on or around April 15." But weren''''t the returns completed and filed a long time ago? Doesn''''t Clinton''''s accountant have time to print them out and make some copies (note to Clinton''''s accountant: many Kinko''''s are open 24 hours).

In short, it''''s well past time for Hillary Clinton to be as "vetted" as she claims to already be -- and to have this vetting done now by Democratic voters rather than later by GOP hit squads. She needs to live up to the standard she laid out for Rick Lazio, the opponent in her 2000 Senate race. At that time, she hypocritically said it was "FRANKLY DISTURBING" that Lazio was holding back on releasing his tax returns and she even sent a staffer dressed as Uncle Sam to taunt him during campaign stops.

What a difference eight years -- and tens of millions of dollars (some of them from questionable Arab deals) -- can make.
