The people of Pennsylvania seem to really like her. I don''t think they really care if she is using the Tanya Harding strategy to knock out Obama. While it was an illegal maneuver to the Olympic Committee, apparently the Democratic National Convention folks look on it as a fine tactic. It says something about the Dems all together. Maybe Obama should change tickets, huh?

Sooooooooo, it''s been revealed that lil'' missy attends a church with laden with a heavy Republican following. What is this woman really up to? Should she secure the nomination who do we know she won''t tap a Republican running mate, say someone like Ed Meese, who attends her church. Are we dealing with a Trojan Horse here; Is Lil Hillary really a Republican masquerading as a Democrat?

Say Hillary, What About The Religious "Family" You Have Chosen To Be Part Of?
Posted March 26, 2008 | 03:35 AM (EST)

"You don''t choose your family, but you choose what church you want to attend." said Hillary Clinton, to reporters and editors of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review on Tuesday the 25th.

This is an interesting choice of words, since - while we mostly hear about her Methodist upbringing - Hillary Clinton has chosen to associate herself with The Family (also known as the Fellowship), a very conservative, fundamentalist organization started by Abraham Vereide...

"...dramatically challenge conventional wisdom about American fundamentalism, revealing its crucial role in the unraveling of the New Deal, the waging of the Cold War, and the no-holds-barred economics of globalization. The question Sharlet believes we must ask is not "What do fundamentalists want?" but "What have they already done?"

The Family avoids the word Christian but worships Jesus, though not the Jesus who promised the earth to the "meek." They believe that, in mass societies, it''s only the elites who matter, the political leaders who can build God''s "dominion" on earth.

She will be asked about her tax returns as long as she continues to act as a school teacher by asking Obama to release his when she hasnt.

I am a woman and i wouldnt mind to have a woman prez but its just not Hillary. she has done to the woman presidency what she did to the health care - DESTROY IT. now we cant elect a woman and all she is doing is making sure the democratic party goes down with her
this kind of actions do not represent me as a woman that is why i would rather wait and elect another woman

The news out of Pennsylvania today was that Hillary Clinton weighed in on the Reverend Jeremiah Wright controversy when she told a newspaper editorial board, "he would not have been my pastor %u2026 You don''t choose your family, but you choose what church you want to attend."

But somewhat lost in the hubbub over this latest jab at Obama was the very fact that Clinton was meeting with the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review editorial board at all.

Published by billionaire conservative activist Richard Mellon Scaife, the Tribune-Review is known for its opinion page, which tilts heavily to the right. During the 1990s, the paper published a series of stories examining the case of Vince Foster, the former White House Deputy Counsel whose 1993 death was ruled a suicide after several investigations.

The Tribune-Review was at the forefront of conspiracy theorists who speculated that Hillary and President Clinton may have been involved in murdering Foster and covering up his death. As late as 2002, the Tribune-Review published a column suggesting Hillary Clinton''s presidential aspirations would be tampered due to the Foster "cover-up."

Asked at a news conference this afternoon what it felt like to sit in the heart of the "vast right-wing conspiracy," Clinton laughed.

"It was actually very pleasant %u2026 " she said. "I said in the beginning when I arrived that it was obviously somewhat counterintuitive for me to be there, but it was a good discussion."
